If I could do 0 stars, I would leave 0 stars, the only reason I’m doing 1 star is so I can actually leave a review…
Stopped in Grovetown on the way home to Loganville for what I thought would be a nice Blizzard treat. My mother-in-law paid in the store for hers—it came out runny, like “drink it with a straw” runny. They remade it… and it was still runny. She got a refund on the spot.
I had paid for mine on the app and decided to skip paying full price for soup. Momin assured me my refund “had to be done later” (because apparently refunds are a scheduled event here). I explained I live over an hour away, but okay—he’d “call me.”
He did call… to say I’d have to drive back to get cash. Yes—drive over an hour for the privilege of getting my money back for the ice cream I didn’t receive. I reminded him this was exactly why I wanted it handled while I was standing there. He told me to “give him a moment” and he’d call me again.
It’s been over an hour. No call. I tried twice—no answer. Now they’re closed.
So, no ice cream. No refund. Just a melted mess—both in the cup and in the customer service department.

I havw had no issue with the food itself or the service at this location. However, the blizzards need a lot to be desired. Everytime I got a blizzard, I requested light on the chocolate syrup they use in it (for cookie dough blizzard), but each time it has not looked like light syrup to me. That and on top of never turning my blizzard upside down. It's always runny like a milkshake, which is not how a blizzard should look.
Today was a rough day, and seeing a runny blizzard that was lidded and unturned kind of ruined the treat for me and I didn't even finish eating it 😭😔 So if youre going here and you get a blizzard: if they don't turn it upside down in front of you, CHECK YOUR BLIZZARD! 🫵🏾😬

Absolutely horrible!! I’m a very honest up front person and also a loyal customer. I have worked in fast food before so I know how things go. From management to the owner of store terrible!! I did promise a good review but after my visit yesterday absolutely not. I order through the Dairy Queen app all the time. These last two times around has been terrible. Let’s get to it! I ordered through the store app for delivery and gotten another customer order. When I contacted the store the manager Rehan was rude. First off I was very respectful and allowed him to explain himself without snapping like any other customer. He kept telling me he had given the driver two order and basically blamed me. So I told him sir I didn’t order through DoorDash so I’m not sure who to contact other than the number the store give you through your phone with the driver number but nothing else. He said well “I don’t know.” So we briefly hung up for me to contact that driver number. The driver sounded very innocent and wanted to make things right by that effort I just knew the driver didn’t make that mistake. Especially since my last encounter using their app. Getting back to the story I asked was it away for them To just remake order so I could come pick up. He said “No you will have to pay.” So I said so you are telling me it’s my fault. He said “it wasn’t his.” So I said what are we going to do about this sir? He said “i don’t know you eat it.” So I began becoming very annoyed while maintaining respect. I then asked for his name. he said “why?” I then said because I will be contacting corporate due to we wasn’t making improvements. Corporate then reached out to store owner. The owner email type was very unprofessional as she also began backing her manager. In other words it was his word over my evidence that I was wrongly served. I stated in the email I sent to her that I was very easy to work with and that it was a simple fix, All I wanted was my order remade or an refund. She then granted me 1/2 of what i finally asked for. Remaking of food. The fact I had to go through all of this just to receive something i rightfully deserved was crazy. I did get my food remade but when I went in there Rehan began having an attitude with me. He started off as if he wasn’t bothered. Then when he made my blizzard, he flipped it upside down in a sarcastic way. and then put a top on it slammed it down before me. Then when I was still standing there “he asked why was I still there.” I then stated that I was also waiting on the food that was also apart of my order. So then he rushed the cook and basically forced box in my hand. I have very great self control so yes it was hard to react. IF you are reading this please save yourself time. It’s 50/50 with this place if something goes wrong 9/10 it’s your fault. I didn’t even mention workers eating in the face of others while serving and or making food. I hate to be this person I truly do because I’m very understanding and do not normally review.

Food was pretty good. Burger-good, chicken strips-good, orange shake-very good. They were out of coke zero, and iced tea was sour tasting. Dairy queen soft serve is good, but I sure wish somebody close by would bring orange Julius back. DQ owns the rights but nobody around me sells them.

Only the top half of our Blizzards were blended. Bottom half was still straight vanilla ice cream. Dishonest cuisine!

We weren't acknowledged when we had been standing there for several minutes. I actually had to call behind the counter and asked if I needed to order online in order to be served. Nobody was wearing a hair net nor a beard net. When asked about the advertised special apparently they are not a participating unit we eventually reserved and was able to leave with our to go order. Not planning on stopping back

I stopped by to pick up an Oreo Blizzard and received a premade Oreo Blizzard. If I wanted a premade frozen Oreo ice cream, I would have gone to a grocery store. Nonetheless, as soon as I drove off from the drive-through, the cup was as consistent as the ice cream. Had I eaten that, I would have been sick for some days. However, I went back into the store and asked the guy to make me a fresh Oreo Blizzard, and he pulled out more frozen Oreo Blizzards from the fridge. Once again, I told him I won’t eat that and asked him to make it fresh. He tried, but this time there were minimal Oreos in the blizzard. Therefore, I went back inside and requested a full refund. A cook came out of the back and made another blizzard for me and processed my refund, but it was over by then, I would not have eaten it if it were my last meal on earth 🌍. Lastly, I will say that the supervision here has to be better for there’s no way these guys should be eating (middle eastern young guy) ice cream at the drive through while serving crappy food. Additionally, if someone orders food and then another customer (behind the guy who ordered food) orders ice cream, politely ask the first customer to pull forward since making ice cream doesn’t take as long. Everything should be made fresh to order. It seems from this Dairy Queen that they have sacrificed quality for quantity, which will be a recipe for disaster. If upper management doesn’t make immediate changes, this place is doomed.

It was too hot. I can only assume dq had a busy day because the ice cream was too soft.

I came for ice cream sandwich. The cashier was rude. He smooshed my ice cream sandwich. Then I asked for ice cream cone. He gave me my ice cream cone. I asked him for something else and he looked at me like I was stupid. You need to get more professional cashiers working for your business

I just moved here, and absolutely love Dairy Queen. I was excited that there was one nearby, while going through the move. I stopped at this Dairy Queen three times total once a week for three weeks. First time I went I got my blizzard with a lid on it, which I thought was strange because they usually took it upside down at the location. I am coming from, once I opened it I understood why I didn’t, it was extremely runny and melted. I thought maybe it’s the machine, but then I go back a second and a third time And it is the exact same. I have never had a solid ice cream blizzard from this location. It is runny and melted like a milkshake every time. I will not be returning to this location.

I wish I could give a 1 star. My son ordered this through uber eats and honestly just an overall terrible experience. First, the driver calls to say they don’t have the ice cream drink we ordered. He asked for an alternative selection. My son said a slush, guess what? They didn’t have slushes. I’m confused how Dairy Queen, a place that predominantly sells ice cream has nothing available ever (went a few weeks ago to their brick and mortar and the same thing). They ended up replacing his drink with a strawberry shake. They sent the drink with the big open top with NOTHING covering it. How do you give an open top cup to a driver who needs to transport this item in their car and up to a location with nothing on it? The bag gets sealed but the drink is completely open for any and everything to go into it? Please make this make sense next time. Don’t recommended this location at all!
Quick drive thru with accurate order. Loved my Blizzard!
