I have had off and on luck with this Augusta area restaurant chain. The atmosphere is sports bar, but watch the events page or you could be trying to focus on the game while trivia questions dominate the air. The service has always been good, though a couple of people got the wrong beers this time. My burnt end mac and cheese had a small can of pickled jalapeños in it, which totally washed out the taste of the very small plate. Others in our party had much better luck with their choices, so it stays a 3.

My wife and I had such a great time at Doc’s! Delaney was our server and she rocked it out. Service was quick, food was outstanding and the atmosphere was homey. Definitely will be coming back!

Food was amazing! Our sever was great he had a lot to handle and did his best and kept checking in constantly. The wait for food was quite long. Once I brought it up to the manager Cameron, that we had been waiting awhile. He was immediately headed back to the kitchen to find our food it came out within the next 5 minutes hot and it was amazing! He took off all of the entrees off of our bill and gave us a voucher for our next visit. Very professional and apologetic. The staff were amazing and the restaurant was clean! I highly recommend!

Calm fun atmosphere on a Thursday night. Food was delicious and fresh. Waitress was friendly. Place was very clean. Well go back. Had a burger with pimento cheese and wings.
I wish I would have taken pictures but what a great first time experience! The staff was phenomenal and hustling! While always on the move stopped at our table numerous times & always patient and smiling. The staff just flowed and hustled. All of our meals were delicious! We actually walked in frustrated due to rude staff at another restaurant prior to finding Doc’s but everyone was great here! Very impressed with everything about Doc’s porchside! Check them out!

Eddie our server was enthusiastic and efficient,great customer service. We were a party of 5 and ordered a variety of apps and entrees that were all very good.Apps-Red Neck Egg Rolls,Fried Green Tomatoes and Pimento Cheese Dip,can recommend them all.Nacho Salad,Wings,Catfish and Shrimp Tacos,again all very good.Would return.
Great food, good atmosphere and normally my waitress is awesome. This time April was our waitress and was not very personable, was very short with us. When she came around at the end of our meal, she asked everyone at the table if they wanted a to go drink except for one of our people, and it seemed very deliberate. She also didn't ask this same person if they wanted to go boxes even though more than half her food was left. I had to go up to the bar, and April was walking back to the kitchen and asked if I needed something, and I asked for a box. As someone who has worked as a waitress, I found her service subpar and bordering on disrespectful. This is such a shame because every other waitress I have there is so nice. The difference is night and day. I've had her as a waitress two other times with the same service. First time I thought she was having a bad day, second time rubbed me wrong, this time was the worst. I definitely will be requesting a different waitress in the future.

omg! delicious food!! the service was good. the appetizers took a tiny bit long on a not busy afternoon but they were so worth the wait. The Mac skillet with the burnt ends was so flavorful, and so was the brisket sandwich. Will definitely come back again.

Okay, I'm going to start my review off with the good... the food here is pretty good. The egg rolls were my favorite. That's all the good ! The Mac n cheese noodles were WAYYY overcooked. It's too soft and too slimey, far over all denteThe service is where I struggled. There was NO ONE seating us for over ten minutes of standing at the hoststand. Not BUSY at all. Employees just stared at us with blank stares and looked away. It took the bar tender to come over and ask us if we needed help and to be seated, I said yes ma'am no one has come for us. So kudos to her for getting us seated.The host walked up a few min later and asked for our drinks and appetizers. She then brings us said drinks and apps. No napkins, nothing. Wild for finger food... and then when reg food was delivered to the table, no silverware was brought and waitress was no where to be found and you can watch the footage of me going behind the counter to get my own to eat my Mac with....mind you, I did ask for the napkins and silverware.Crazy and I definitely will not be back to at very least this location.

This place had great food. Redneck egg rolls are fire. But customer service really needs to step up a huge notch. Right when I walked in, I was standing there for a hot minute. Not one person greeted me and my table never got serviced enough. None of the waiters even came over, it was the bartender (which it wasn't her job to do that, hence bartender). I won't be coming back all due to the lack of customer service. No napkins, silverware as well while seated. Didn't feel comfortable or even welcomed.
