Everytime i give this place another chance my food is cold and the service is beyond disgraceful.. the i side is dirty and management is scarce between this and leeiston rd we need change

Consistently messes up mobile orders. They don't READ the tickets. Always assume the orders are the same. Shift leaders claim to be managers. Food allergies are real, don't be the reason someone goes to the hospital because YOUR team can't read the tickets.

All I wanted was a bagel man, open sign was on but when I came through at like 445am I waited for like 5min and then the lady told me they didn't open til 5am. Which is wild cause this was my first time going to this location and every other dunkin in the area opens at 4:30... smh.

Signs and online posts are wrong this location does not open til 5:00am.
Owner should probably keep the front door locked and turn off the open sign til then.

Drive thru is quick and food was right temperature but Service could be improved, and the drive-through tenants could be a little more tentative to the customer instead of talking to somebody on the inside and just handing food and coffee out the window and not paying attention to what they’re doing

On a second visit, the inside of the restaurant is pretty clean and look like a well maintained.

It shouldn’t take much effort to follow a recipe guide for pre-made drinks, but for the past three visits, my order has been completely wrong. I verified my order on the drive-thru screen, and it was correct there, but the drink I was handed had a different sticker and was either watered down or overly sweet. If we’re paying for a specific product, the least you can do is make it correctly. Attention to detail matters.

Jewels is the best! I wanted 2 different coffees and definitely didn't need it, so she mixed something up for me to give me the flavors I was looking for. She then suggested a drink that she makes and loves for my son and it was sooo good! Ask for Jewels to make your drink and you won't be disappointed.

Honesty is the best policy, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. We ordered (online pick-up) a coffee, a refresher, and a sausage, egg, & cheese. The coffee was probably only halfway full. The refresher was fine. Waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese. Had to ask 4 different workers (there were plenty on staff) before one told us they didn’t have sausage and finally made the food. Just don’t do online pick-up.

I get coffee here every morning for the past month. The staff already knows me and knows my order. They are always cheerful and polite. I hate mornings, but this Dunkin makes them manageable!!

Love the drinks I get there, but honestly almost everytime I go to get just a chai coffee is in my drink. I don’t ask for it I don’t want the coffee I just wanted chai. Came in today and got a chai it had coffee in it and when I went in just to get it remade had the guy at the counter try and tell me there wasn’t coffee in it. When you can literally tell by the color of it and smell. Dude has a whole attitude … maybe it’s a sign to just not go back to this place again..
