have been to this location 3 times over the last year and have gotten a refresher each time. There has been an overwhelming taste of mold each time, today being the worst. Disgusting and shows the cleanliness of the store is obviously not a priority.

I placed a mobile order with just three items today. I went around to the drive thru to receive it and she only gave me two of those items. So i went back around to get my missing item. They gave me a bag and i actually looked in it this time, it was some random egg bite stuff. So i reversed and i was like this is not what i ordered yet again. They finally gave me what i ordered originally. But like, is it really that hard to fulfill a small order? It wasn’t even like they misheard me, it was all on the ticket if they just read it. Their attitude and customer service is just awful too. Like get a grip.

the employees were super nice, and remade our drinks. but the first coffee was extremely sour and unmixed, and the 2nd one they remade for us was a lot better, but both sets of coffee had a weird undertaste of second hand smoke.
i'm not sure if they're roasting their beans in house or something, but it taste extremely burnt.
we went in at 8:30am on a sunday, so i wouldn't expect the coffee to be old yet, considering the store just opened.

This is the second time I have been to this (Grovetown) Dunkin donuts since they opened. The first experience was poor so it has been a yr or 2 since I returned. I returned again today thinking maybe the first visit was poor since they hadn't been open to long, well it hadn't changed. First I ordered a large pumpkin spiced latte hot, I'm lucky if the volume in the cup was a medium and by no means hot. Also ordered hash browns to get 6 small hash browns, as the bag was just about empty. Can't say I will be going back.

It never fails at this location! They are awful at everything! You order something and they give you the opposite. Ask for milk and i got straight coffee! Then the staff at the window like to be argumentative with you. Why not just get a whole new staff with better attitude and better ears for listening to orders.
