I want to give a big shout-out to Mary, the manager of this Dunkin’ store! The inside looked super clean and was very well presented. Her customer service was excellent – we felt genuinely welcome. She was also funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. The donuts were absolutely delicious – fresh and not stale at all. Overall, it was a fantastic visit. First if all 0 is not even good enough the food always cold, atmosphere never clean and the people who work there are unprofessional and act like they dont want to work… they snap at you when you ask for something correctly… dont go there if you value your money or customer support

Whenever I've ordered a breakfast sandwich it has always been lukewarm and the cheese was never melted.

I highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin. I placed an order online recently, showed up to pick it up and was told they were out of almost everything I ordered. The employee told us to cancel the order in the app and reorder it at a different location. After doing so, we realized we never received reimbursement for the cancelled order. I contacted dunkin's customer service and received an email from corporate saying the franchisee wanted to handle this directly. The franchisee offered to reimburse the order, but said that I would have to come into the store to do so. They refused any compensation for the hassle of having to drive to a different store for my order or for having ti come in for the reimbursement. Additionally, the food quality at this store is subpar at best. Every egg item ordered is still cold when they hand it to you. Avoid this store at all costs.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This morning I went thru Dunkin to grab a coffee and some munchkins for my kids for when they got out of school. As we were eating them we noticed METAL SHAVINGS in our munchkin donuts. I have pictures and will be contacting corporate immediately!

Approximately 1 month ago, this store had a damaged air conditioning, the doors remained closed without allowing any air to enter so that employees and customers could be in a healthy environment. When we go to buy donuts, the chocolate and glaze are melted by the heat. I will not buy from that DD again because the quality of the food is not good due to the high temperatures. And it seems that the manager does not care about the high temperatures in which his employees work, where many of them have fainted and have had nausea due to the exposure to the heat inside the store. It seems to me a lack of consideration on the part of the manager as he is violating the rights to provide an adequate and healthy environment, putting health at risk. I am going to report it to the corresponding agencies.
