Unfortunately I couldnt just give no stars so I gave one couldn't because it was just that bad at the Grovetown Firehouse. To start off i walked in and no welcome to Firehouse. I walk up the cashier was nice so that's the ONLY plus this place got. I placed my order. The people making the food was laughing and joking the entire time. I sat down and waited on my food. When they called me up there I said thank you and have a great rest of your day and they said NOTHING! I live almost 30 miles from there and when I got home my husband and I ate out subs and they were awful. I filled out the survey and someone contacted me back about my complaints and said they would be back in touch. I never heard anything back from them. I should have been offered a refund or something. This is the second time I had a bad time there. Never again will I go back.

Not impressed. I usually really like the subs I get with this chain but a lot was off with this site. Staff came across as they wanted to be elsewhere, sub was sub pair and service took way to long for the small crowd that was there when I ordered.

I will literally never be able to eat a firehouse sub again after the sandwich I attempted to eat tonight. Brown, mushy lettuce. No cheese. 7 tbsp of Dijon mustard. Vile.
