They still fill up your bag with fries I had five guys in carson city nevada and they no longer did that so I was happy

I got done eating my fries half way and found a fuzball in my fries and the manager made a excuse on a rag when it has nothing to do with my food because it’s comes in plastic stuff.

Stopped in here to use the restroom after a long day of workand an employee followed me to the restroom and was waiting for me when I got out. She (short,white hair) made me very uncomfortable and said if I wasn’t a paying customer I couldn’t use the restrooms. I apologized and said I didn’t see a sign (there was not a sign, I went back and checked), she continued being confrontational and invasive about it. Overall, horrible experience here. I believe that it is totally okay for a company to gate keep restaurants to paying customers but I think there should be clear instruction and I don’t think extreme measures should be taken to follow and wait for someone outside of a bathroom.
