Stopped in here to use the restroom after a long day of workand an employee followed me to the restroom and was waiting for me when I got out. She (short,white hair) made me very uncomfortable and said if I wasn’t a paying customer I couldn’t use the restrooms. I apologized and said I didn’t see a sign (there was not a sign, I went back and checked), she continued being confrontational and invasive about it. Overall, horrible experience here. I believe that it is totally okay for a company to gate keep restaurants to paying customers but I think there should be clear instruction and I don’t think extreme measures should be taken to follow and wait for someone outside of a bathroom.

Fantastic.12/26/23 @11:30 AM. Walked into a clean restraunt, and greeted by a very friendly staff. The young man behind the counter that took our order showed pride in what he was doing through his customer service skills and was clearly thankful for his employment, unlike 90 percent of what you see today. Food came out perfect.

I door dash here because you can steal fries out of other people's bags without knowing.I've probably saved 18 dollars that week putting my unwashed hands in others people paid for food and stealing it.

Popped in for a bite while on our road trip to Mrytle Beach, SC. The people were friendly, the burgers and fries were fresh and yummy, and the restaurant was clean and stocked. Worth the stop, and this is our experience at every Five Guys we visit. Appreciate the consistency no matter the location!

You can't really go wrong with this Five Guys location the food and service are all excellent and it's a nice location being close to the highway. I've had some hit and miss food and service at some Five Guys across the country in particular one in Jacksonville, but you'll never go wrong with this one. Great place with awesome people working there.

The crew at the Grovetown, Georgia Five Guys are top notch. The bathrooms were pristine and the food was exceptionally well made. Bravo!!!!Vegetarian options: Fries are always vegan! They are the only fast food fries guaranteed to be vegan. Everything else has animal product ingredients.

It's unfortunate that I have to share a recent experience where food safety regulations were not followed properly. It's crucial for Five Guys to adhere to the guidelines established by the Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service Program, and it's the responsibility of the restaurant leaders to ensure their staff are trained accordingly and the rules are adhered to. During my recent visit to Five Guys, I witnessed a breach of food safety regulations that posed a risk to my health. As a customer, I value my health and safety, and I expect the same level of care from the restaurant.I am extremely dissatisfied with the person on fries today. They were multi-tasking by cleaning and pulling on soiled equipment with their hands without washing them before preparing the food. To make matters worse, they put on gloves without washing their hands and began dropping fries. They continued cleaning with the same gloves they had just been wearing to handle soiled equipment. This blatant disregard for food safety guidelines is unacceptable. I refuse to risk my health by consuming food prepared in such unsanitary conditions.When I tried to cancel my order, the person in charge (whose official role was unclear) kept repeating that my refund would take up to 48 hours, because I ordered online. She then informed me that she needed to call the owner, and implied that he will not process the refund immediately. This process is unheard of in a food chain restaurant, in 2023. I found this process to be outdated. She continued to argue for delaying to address the issue. At this point I am feeling even more skeptical of her behavior. I insisted that she contact the owner while I was present. I felt like I was being scammed. What did I walk into? Never again will I put myself through such an experience. She appeared to process a call to the the owner, but I'm not entirely sure if she actually did. If I don't receive my refund, I plan to dispute the charge. The product I ordered posed a health risk to both myself and my family members, so it's concerning that the employees don't seem to prioritize customer safety. It almost seems like they're resentful of having to work there.Note to the owner; as a customer I do not want to ingest a food product that has been contaminated owing to your employees mishandling the food. The staff you have hired does not reflect in their behavior or attitude that they care about the health of the consumer and they act perturbed if a customer takes issue with the way in which food is being handled at your restaurant.
