Hardee's at Wrightsboro Rd in Grovetown GA should earn zero stars for my experience today. After paying and being asked to pull forward in the drive thru, customers behind me waited and received their food before I did. I ordered a big cheeseburger combo and a five piece chicken tender combo, and no special requests were made. When my food was received, it was overcooked and part was missing. The burger was dry, the edges of the burger were black and tasted charred, condiments were almost non-existent, and the cheese slice appeared to be only half of a cheese slice. Two tenders were missing. The three tenders that were received were overcooked, dry, and the breading was hard. The dipping sauces were not provided but were listed on the receipt. I paid $25.12 for bad service and bad food for two people. Hardee's will not get my business again anytime soon.

Poor customer service. I placed an online order and I paid extra for a large lemonade and once I arrived at the restaurant the manager argued with me saying that it’s not possible that I ordered a large drink. I left the restaurant very upset because I have no reason to lie about a large drink the up charge for it is literally cents.

Twice now I have been here first time took over 5 mins for a chocolate shake that was half full and over 5 dollars just bad then tonight I order a dbl meal and a single meal with 2 chocolate shakes and they basically forgot a whole meal well one patty for the double and a large fry

Understaffed , majorly , I would avoid , there's countless burger places right next to to them better . Bless the 2 staff they tried but management really needed to learn to grow a back bone and tell the ' aboves ' the job can't be done . I will avoid this place and advise everyone else to

Hardee’s posted open and close sign, states the store is scheduled to close at 10:00pm. The door to the drive through window was open and I walked in to ask the employees were they serving food. I was told no. They denied to serve me food without a reason for closing early.
