At first we thought they had been robbed and put in the freezer because no one answered the intercom outside and we didn’t see many people inside until we finally got tired of waiting and just drove around the building. We found somebody sitting in the area. I don’t know who they were so we did a roundabout and went back to the intercom again and that’s when they finally answered. We got our food very quickly. We were pulled up and that’s about it.

Food is good. They probably have one of the most comfortable fast food restaurants. Booths are padded and comfortable and every table has an outlet with USB to charge your mobile device.

The food has been fresh and hot when I've came for breakfast and lunch hours. So far I'm always satisfied.
Literally everytime i come to this hardees there's a issue with missing food, or drinks. The length of time to get my food the other day was crazy. Only 2 cars in front of Me and I sat in line for 30 min.

I ordered a “ sausage gravy biscuit combo medium with orange juice “. Then was asked repeatedly if I wanted a combo, what size, and what is the drink. I said it right away! Then I wanted a country ham biscuit plain. The cashier could not figure out how to ring it up with no cheese no egg. It DOESNT come with cheese and egg. To top it all off my total was $14.45, gave her $20, and she did not know how to make change. EVEN WITH THE REGISTER TOLD HER $5.55. She had to have another person show her how to come up with the.55 cent my total time in the store was 20 minutes from order to getting my order

Worst Service I've ever gotten at a drive-thru restaurant. I ordered the sandwiches with barbecue and the shoe string oniin rings on top and that didn't come through on any of the three orders that I got it took 20 minutes get the order and it was wrong. The bread was like a Texas piece of toast and very dry and very difficult to eat. You would think that they would have some way of identifying what comes down the chute that somebody apparently is cooking in the back but not according to what's wrapped up and how it's labeled on the fall which is No Label at all last time I'm going to Hardee's.
