There were no other customers in the restaurant but my daughter and I still received Inattentive service for the first 4 minutes. Tried the food and it was mediocre. I'll try again at another location.

I have ordered from here many times. This time we noticed when we got home we were missing a sushi roll from our pickup order. We called to see if we could get a refund or credit for the roll, and they sad no, and completely ignored us and hung up.

The chicken and steak hibachi is absolutely delicious! The portions are large, so I will be eating it for a few days. Service was fast, staff was friendly. The only thing I wish they would not do is charge you .75 for one extra white sauce. But ... I'm still gonna need two every time!

I cannot believe this food was so bad. I ordered the sesame chicken bowl on Doordash and it tasted like I was eating moose ankles. The smell alone was enough to attract the garbage man to come and pick it up. It said it came with vegetables and the lie detector test determined that was a lie because they were nowhere to be found. My stomach may never recover from how bad this meal was. I unfortunately will NEVER be back.

Express is in the name, so it's a quick take out place with some seating area if you want to sit down. The food came out quick, the price is not bad and the portions were decent. Taste-wise, what I could tell from the two orders I had was I have had better Asian food in other places.

The food has become underwhelming and the service is Garbage. Multiple times we’ve had to wait for orders because the guy in the front heard us wrong and the food to sit there an extra 15 minutes. It has become overpriced and they charge for everything to include the sauces that come with the meals

This was my first time eating there and I am a big sushi and hibachi lover. The food was fresh and very tasty and the price was good too! I will definitely be coming back. I can tell the cooks out love into what they are cooking.

The food is pretty good… but the customer service definitely needs improvement. They will not acknowledge nor greet you upon entering the restaurant. Even when I walked to counter to place my order, still no greeting the man just stared down at the register and never said a word, so finally I realized he was waiting to take my order and began telling him what I wanted to order. Fast forward…upon receiving my order, I was never told “thank you” or “have a good day”. It’s a choice for me and other customers to spend our money here, so at least speak and acknowledge your customers and thank them for patronizing your business. After all… the customers are the ones who keep your business open and running. As a result, I’ll eat and spend my money elsewhere.
This the second time I’ve been here, I dismissed it the first time and gave benefit of the doubt.
