Click list department are morons. Changed my pick up from 3 to anytime after 5. Arrive at 5:20 and at 5:40 someone comes out and says it won’t be ready until after 6. Go back at 6:30 and still not ready haven’t even started my order. I canceled it so thank you for wasting my time and my fuel

James is the man.....love that guy. Everytime we have lunch at the cafe...which by the way is a 4 and a half star experience, Mr James goes out of his way to ensure my colleagues and I are comfortable.

I’ve always had a good experience but I just purchased a pick up order for 300$ and opened a bag of Kroger brand pizza rolls. After dumping the bag on my pan a large frozen roach looking bug came out of the bottom of the bag as well.

I don’t recommend for Kroger Pickup . Every single time I place a pickup order they always miss several things on my list / yesterday I placed another order and they literally came out saying they didn’t have over half of my grocery list . I told them to cancel my order and I went inside and found everything on my list that I asked for ?!

I went into the store last night for items on the current sale, peaches, etc...the store was not stocked, the sale prices were not up, no buttermilk, etc!!! Where is the Manager who normally runs this store???

Have a cashier that will check out customers. if you are there and the cashier says they are closing the line and the only choice is self checkout how is someone supposed to purchase groceries. I was told to use self checkout or leave the groceries in the cart because they were not waiting on me
While I do recommend this Kroger..I am very displeased with all the self check outs they are adding. They took away the express check out or 15 items or less cashiers and added more self checkouts. I was in there this week and only had 5 or 6 items and the lines were long at regular check outs. When trying to do the self check out since my only other option... it kept spitting out my bills. Even the guy watching over them had trouble getting them to take. Then I found out I could not get a book of stamps unless I stood in line at regular check out..NOT EVERYONE wants to do self check out! Please consider putting back express cashiers or 15 items or less lines.... or open up more regular registers with cashiers running them!
