Didn't cut our pizzas and we don't own pizza cutters so we had to destroy the pizza with a knife. Didn't add extra marinara sauce we asked for on them either. Tasted cheaper than we paid. Usually love this place but they've gotten so lazy.

Put in an order for 2 pizzas. The time they said it would be ready was 6:26 -6:31. I arrived at 6:28, it was not ready Meanwhile, 5 people were there to order. They all received their orders 30 minutes before my two, and it is now 7:10, and I still don't have my order complete. Will never order from this place again. Received my pizza at 7:15.

I order 2 large pizzas simple too one pepperoni one cheese was told too wait 10-15mins ok cool not a problem turned into more like 20mins but that's ok too the issue is the guy making the pizzas about 5 mins before they were ready goes hey sir says my name an says we only waiting on the cheese Soo I think ok cool the pepperoni is already made well 5 mins later I get the pizzas come home an the receipt even says 1 pep 1 cheese but nope it's 2 cheese pizzas an it was not busy by any means poor workers that are jus lazy

Observed many employees not cleaning hands and cooking food without sanitizing hands. Here comes the health inspectors.and I'll be there 🤬 This has to stop for Augusta and Grovetown

My food was burnt and very thick not the best but that how nightshift is they do half way job and never smile everyone seems like they had attitude funny cause we should be smiling greeting customers I don’t recommend going at night but if you do it depends on t the shift crew that working

The grovetown location never answers the phone when we try to place an order, every employee is very unprofessional in the store and never in appropriate work attire like wearing baggy sweaters making food and hair not pulled bak or having a hat on.
