My food was burnt and very thick not the best but that how nightshift is they do half way job and never smile everyone seems like they had attitude funny cause we should be smiling greeting customers I don’t recommend going at night but if you do it depends on t the shift crew that working

The grovetown location never answers the phone when we try to place an order, every employee is very unprofessional in the store and never in appropriate work attire like wearing baggy sweaters making food and hair not pulled bak or having a hat on.

I get here at 1051pm bc they wouldn't answer the phone since 1030 then when the line finally clears they ignore the phone. Of course placing online now at 1045pm it wouldn't go through. They still not answering. So to arrive and yall dont make my pizza when I've been trying to order it since 1030 is b.s. Especially since the boy who ignored the phone and had the lines tied up with the rest of the crew working tonight, want to say yall dont cook after 1030. Well had yall answered the phone instead of purposely disabling customers from placing phone orders, I could've gotten my order in! Thanks alot sorry staff!

They tried to charge me $1.80 for some garlic and herb seasoning to be sprinkled on my pizza. Insane! Like how much were the seasoning packs bc it definitely shouldn’t be more than those were. Poor customer service bc they could’ve sprinkled it on their for free or $0.50. Like that seasonings some expensive, rare herbs or sonething. Last time I they did it for FREEE!

Had to update my 4* review for a 2*. It seems like every time I come here it is closed, the online ordering doesn't work anymore, and what kind of Little Caesars doesn't have crushed red peppers.
