I wish I could give negative stars. NEVER EAT FOOD FROM HERE! The staff is rude and less than courteous, they are all young punk children who operate the business without any sort of adult or mature enough person to supervise them, not to mention the fact everybody in there working is obviously high as hell & must hate their job. But what's worse is TWICE now my husband has gotten way undercooked food from there and has had severe food poisoning from them TWICE. This last time it cost him his job! He was out of work for 3 days during his hire on probationary period of 90 days and as a result lost his new job even with having gone and seen a doctor and gotten a doctor's note. Until they do major reevaluating of their business and how they operate and better educate and train their staff properly we will not be returning or advising anyone to go there either.

Im not happy at all with the way my pizza was. Yes, it was good and one of my favorite toppings but the dough was not fully cooked at all. Only piece that was actually cooked all the way was the edge. Very disappointed

I usually live getting the kids pizza there but the last time I stopped to get the food I hit the warmer pizza and it wasn't warm and they didn't have any sauses. Very disappointing.

After horrible service this past Saturday at Little Ceasars on Columbia Road came by here. Customer service was good and the food was hot and fresh.

Never will I return! While waiting on my pizza I watched the manager pull pizza and box for customers and a young guy making the pizza I couldn't see if he had gloves on but he came up to the front no gloves and playing in his beard while talking to the manager. Instead of washing his hands he proceeds to make more Pizza. I damn sure requested my money back and the manager made it seem as if it was ok!

Ordered a pizza online, charged me for my pizza never came. They were closed but still took the order. Never gave me my money back. Online says they are open till 10pm, just called, closed. It’s 6:49 pm. The worst.
I’ve been coming to this location for three years now. And i am always so impressed by the employees. no matter how busy or crazy it is they notice you. I’ve even come to pick up six pizzas on super bowl sunday and the lady was SO SO sweet and kind and even gave me some of the little cookies i haven’t had since i was a kid. There were so many angry rude customers and she still chose to be nice to me. My only complaint is the fact that the AC in there doesn’t seem to work. The fact that as a company you are letting your workers bust their butt in that hot store is absurd. They always seem to be understaffed and i can see why when as a customer just standing in the lobby i am sweating bullets. Your employees deserve more and i am so disappointed.

I ordered my food online and it says that my food will be ready at 10:30-10:45 EST. Their hours and operations do not reflect on Little Ceasers' website. I won't be able to pick up my pizza because they do not open until 12:00 P:M Est. This location needs to update their portal.

We placed an order via phone on July 4th. We called beforehand to verify closing time and we were told 6:00. We showed up at 5:00 to the doors being locked and the store closed. There were several people outside experiencing this also.AWFUL customer service and experience. Go to Dominos down the street, much better hours and service there. Not to mention better pizza.
