It was okay, the main reason we went was for the Lemon pepper wings and they no longer carry those. The pizza is alright but nothing too special. I got take out so I can't properly comment on the service, it was ready when we got there so that's great.

Ordered on the app. App said about 45 minutes. Called the store after waiting for a hour and 30 minutes. Store told me it hasn’t been picked up and was sitting there for 30 minutes. I told them on the phone I didn’t want it. Driver then shows up 2 hours and 15 minutes later with the food. I sent him back with it. Not sure what’s happened to this place, but it used to be good pizza with decent service. Now there is neither. Will not be ordering here again

Ordered from this pizza chain for first time. Pizza is flavorless. Sauce has no flavor, cheese has no flavor. What a disappointment. Will never order from this chain again.

I have been ordering from the Grovetown, GA Marco's for years. While it's true they do have their fair share of occasional staffing problems, I would like to point out that NOWHERE has been the same since 2020. That being said, most of the time my Marco's orders are timely, accurate and tasty, or so I thought. Today, however, was a whole new level. I have no idea who was baking pizzas today (10/26/2024) between 12-1pm but you need to get that person to teach a class! I ordered a simple XL cheese and old world pepperoni pizza, nothing fancy. But when that pizza got to my house (15 minutes earlier than quoted) not only was it hot and fresh but it was absolute perfection. It made me question whether or not I had ever truly eaten a pizza before. The crust was baked to perfection! Not to hard, not too soft. The cheese was melty and gooey and those little pepperoni cups were again, perfectly baked! It had just the right amount of sauce on it, not too much so your toppings slide off, and not too little that it's dried out. Each bite was better than the one before and I swear I felt that pizza in my soul. I'm almost afraid to order another one because of the crushing disappointment I'll feel if it's not the same. Management, for the love of all things holy, whomever baked that pizza, please chain them to the kitchen and never let them go!
