I have tried and tried to like this place. But tonight was the last straw. Ordered a thin crust, light sauce with double pineapple and got a thin crust normal/extra sauce and minimal pineapple. Some pieces dint even have pineapple on it.

Preordered 8 large pizzas this morning at 11:00 am and requested them to be delivered between 5:30pm-6:00pm. Paid in advance as well a $25.00 tip for delivery. At 6:00pm I decided to call and inquire as to when I could expect delivery. Employee was able to pull up order and asked for me to hold. I was left on hold for over an hour and a half, with them periodically taking me off hold and immediately putting me on hold again, without even acknowledging me. My stepmother finally was able to finally speak to someone who stated their system went down and missed the order but to expect delivery in 30 minutes around 7:45pm. At 8:30pm, still no delivery. When she contacted them, she was told, the pizzas weren’t going to be delivered. Our experience with Marcos today was an absolute nightmare… We ended up getting Chick-fil-A, who’s absolute perfection, when it comes to customer service.

Pizza is decent but a little expensive. Main issue is they don’t read the order for anything non pizza. Ordered a Greek salad from their menu and got some sort of jumbled mess of a salad with multiple wrong ingredients. 9.49 for a small, poorly put together salad with different ingredients than they put on their menu is borderline criminal. Luckily there were no food allergy issues for us but beware if you do have food allergies.

It was okay, the main reason we went was for the Lemon pepper wings and they no longer carry those. The pizza is alright but nothing too special. I got take out so I can't properly comment on the service, it was ready when we got there so that's great.
Pizza was ready promptly as promised. Tried pizone, hubby LOVED it and I adored the pizza bowl. Great place and good prices too!

Ordered on the app. App said about 45 minutes. Called the store after waiting for a hour and 30 minutes. Store told me it hasn’t been picked up and was sitting there for 30 minutes. I told them on the phone I didn’t want it. Driver then shows up 2 hours and 15 minutes later with the food. I sent him back with it. Not sure what’s happened to this place, but it used to be good pizza with decent service. Now there is neither. Will not be ordering here again
