It was my first time visiting this location. I tried the pulled pork nachos and was very disappointed. When I returned to my vehicle I went to dive in and noticed the pork was basically freezing cold. The nacho cheese sauce they gave me on the side was piping hot. So I called inside to make sure this wasn’t just the way they serve it. The lady told me “Absolutely not” She told me she would remake them for me. From the sound of her voice it was the same person who took my order and she was very professional at the counter and over the phone.
They remade the whole thing only for me to return to the car and it was still cold. I wasn’t satisfied at all. Maybe they aren’t warming them up
Long enough however you can tell
If fixed properly they are a very good item to purchase

Really good start with a great young gentleman taking our order, unfortunately after that it was upsetting. We ordered sweet teas and when we realized they were unsweetened the gentleman decided to try and give us a cup of sugar, for cold unsweet tea. Then the gentleman kept repeating that he didn’t make the sweet tea instead of just getting us sweet teas. Then when our food came out my mom’s potato soup had toppings still even tho we said no toppings. When we asked for it to be remade the young lady took it back and then served us the same soup but with the topping taken off. But we asked for no toppings due to a cheese allergy so when we seen that the toppings were still in the soup just not on the top it was very upsetting. So when I confronted the staff about it and demanded it be remade so my mother doesn’t go into anaphylaxis they returned with a soup that was slammed down on our table and with a very big attitude.
Very unprofessional and untrained staff from the looks of it. The manager seemed lost on what to do or just didn’t seem to care.

I had a twelve inch French dip sandwich, the meat was old and cold tasted like dog hair.

Would go again. Sub was up to standard, staff was friendly and the place was relaxed.

We showed up an hour before closing—according to the big, bold hours posted on the door—just in time to watch the staff call it quits for the night. Not exactly the warmest welcome. If you’re going to close whenever you feel like it, maybe post ‘hours subject to mood’ so customers don’t waste their time

We ordered 2 Spudmaxs. They were good.
My husband ordered a Chef Salad. He was looking forward to it, but said the lettuce was hard. He WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Always enjoy McAllister's. Good selection of soups, sandwiches and potatoes. Variety of sides and desserts.

The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.
I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.
