We ordered 2 Spudmaxs. They were good. My husband ordered a Chef Salad. He was looking forward to it, but said the lettuce was hard. He WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.
I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.

Just got a take out order. Opened the box in the car and a spider came out ? still ate it tho I was starving. Food was ok. The chicken tasted like it was out of a can. Sugar cookie was good tho.
Ordered my food from DoorDash got it with my sandhwich which is supposed to come with avacado and it wasn’t on my sandwhich and it was really dry

Ordered food online, got it home, and viola...no meat on 2 chef salads. Tomatoes on a sandwhich(my daughter is allergic) that had been ordered with no Tomatoes. Called the store, offered to bring the food back, the manager said no, she would refund my money. She refunded $4.00 of the $50 spent
