Very clearly says they open at 5am. Placed an order at 530, arrived at 540. 2 workers in the restaurant, milling around with no sense of urgency. If the restaurant opens at 6, then orders shouldn't be accepted until the restaurant is open. It didn't take 30 minutes to take my money, I shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes for food

I’ve ordered about 10 McChickens from this place and about 5 out of 10 of them come without the mayo. 3 stars are 7.5/19 and 5 stars is 9/10. 4 ingredients. Buns. Chicken. Lettuce. Mayo. Guys c’mon.

WOULD NOT recommend this McDonald’s. The service here is a joke and the management. The food is always cold never right. They have attitude I would rather drive 20 mins away then go to this one. We were in drive thru the lady asked me for my receipt gave me my food nothing I ordered was correct then got a attitude when I told her then asked for our drinks and asked for sauce the lady slammed the window in our face. Called the manager she laughed and said oh okay, you want me to talk to her”? Save yourself the trip and go to another McDonald’s this one isn’t worth it.

I usually don’t complain or ask for refunds, but this McDonald’s has really gone downhill. I ordered chicken nuggets and ended up with a box full of random sauce instead. On top of that, this isn’t the first time—previous visits they’ve missed fries and even the toy in a Happy Meal. My child was starving and excited to eat, but instead we got home and realized the order was completely wrong. I had to make food from scratch after already being late, which was frustrating and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but it’s becoming a pattern here. This location seriously needs to double-check orders and show more care for their customers. Also, I did not receive a refund because I paid through the Mobile app and the app is absolutely no help!!!
Be careful. Sunday, March 30th we stopped at this McDonald’s a little after 6:00 a.m. my husband ordered the 2 for $5.00 sausage/egg/ McMuffin sandwiches, about 20 minutes later he was violently ill, we had to get off I 20, exit 172 in Thomson to get him to the ER @ Piedmont McDuffie! This sight has the option here for adding photos/videos….ummmm I don’t they really want that in this case. We had to have our car professionally cleaned…biohazard….McDonald’s was everywhere! Once again, BE CAREFUL.😔

We were traveling and stopped here after a fight broke out at Bojangles with their employees. We had to wait for our food, but I had ordered a filet o fish and it was cooked fresh. We asked for extra fried in the Happy Meal and got apple slices that my son could not eat. This was the second time on this trip that it happened. Why do they give choices if they are going to ignore it?
