This McDonald's is terrible about sauce. They never put it in the bag. It wouldn't be such a problem if I didn't have to pay for sauce which already ridiculous but if I am paying for something I should get it. It happened 95% of the time. I pay for sauce never get in the bag always have to ask or loop back around.

Ordered kiosk for dine in at 939am got food at 948 man in front was waiting 20 mins for 1 hashbrown and coffee one voice was encouraging faster saw no results at the front drive through apparently was getting all the stuff but line there was long too.

Naa cuz why’d it take 20 mins to START making 2 coffees, it wasn’t even busy. As I write this there’s like 7 workers talking about making a tic tok.
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with a 10 piece nugget meal with sweat tea. I had to wait 10 minutes until I received my food, when I checked said order there was only the burger and sweet tea. I walked in and asked to get the 10 piece nuggets, the cashier apologized and said that I would have to pay for the nuggets and the fries would be on the house but didn't put the fries on the receipt , I then waited 5 more minutes to only get the nuggets. I tried to talk to another person but no one was near the cashier so I walk out not pleased. In total I spent about $15 for a burger, 10 piece, and a sweet tea. Taking my business to Burger King instead.

Door dashed twice to try and get the monopoly peels. The folks working are taking 10 pc nugget boxes and putting them in 6 and 4 ct boxes so they get the monopoly peels.

I paid for a Large Coke Zero with no ice and I get told that since they got a lot of drinks on screen, I get told that they can't fill my not filled up drink. I received attitude for it and from other employees saying snide comments in the background. It's a sad time to get such terrible customer service.
