Moving me to wait for food only keeps the meter running until I leave when in fact when I drive away I’ve not been served just put in the line to wait for me food. Now it takes someone to run food out. Horrible service. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich

This McDonald’s was a Joke. Stopped here after practice to feed my family let’s start with it customer service, after getting our food they had two girls check trash and they decided to vape infront of us. They had no shame and didn’t see a problem with it at all. Next we had what looked like a supervisor outside sitting in her car clearly smoking weed right outside the front door. She was in her car with the door wide open. The workers inside were screaming a going back and fourth front the kitchen and the dining where they had a friend sitting out in the dining. I will absolutely never go back.

Very rude mail manager(the one with razor bumps all over his face). The girl at the window told me to pull forward to wait on fry’s. As I’m waiting everyone behind me is getting bags and leaving. So I pull in front the building and go inside and ask for my food and was told the fires just came up and they were bringing it. The manager lied and said he just walked over there and you weren’t there. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude about me coming inside for my food. How long was I supposed to wait??? Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

We order online thru the mobile app when we arrived to the store the counter associate who was clearly on heavy drugs and almost completely unable to assist customers said she could not find the order. She asked for us to put the order in online again. We did.. she then said oh I found it. The food had been labeled stage and was ice cold. They were unable to tell us if the first order would be able to be canceled. We ended up paying 50 dollars for the absolute worst McDonalds food. This is awful.

Whomever the owner is need to come down and fix their store. I ordered my food and was ask to pull up. 20mins goes by and I go in. I show my receipt and ask can I get a refund. They was just passing my receipt from 1 worker to another. Then they started yelling and cursing and telling me they had a long day and they will quit. It was crazy in there. 20 more minutes goes by and I get the burger and not the fries and they all staring at me like the fries are all cold and old. So I decided to call it a lost and walk out. I have never in my life experience such a chaotic fast food restaurant like this before
