Ordered twice in a row and I’m very annoyed, ordered a Baja bowl they forgot the chicken, then ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it was missing the almonds, celery, and grapes! It was literally chicken and nasty mayo !!! What a waist of money I threw it away !!! Won’t let them fool me again WILL NOT RETURN DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fast forward to 2025 the manager needs to be trained on what good customer service looks like, the system to add your phone number to receive incentives was down, I asked for some type of compensation , the manger only offered an “I’m sorry” I work in management and know how important reviews are… I’m not sure why I keep coming here

Got the order to go. Toasted special sandwich with ham. The bread wasn't toasted on both sides. The flavor was tasty, though

We decided to stop on our long drive from Columbia, SC to Dallas, TX for lunch. In the drive thru, we ordered two sandwiches, a cinnamon roll, and a cookie. When we got our order, they had given us chips instead of bread and the cookie was cold and hard. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window, they barely even heard us out before asking us to pull up. After pulling up in the line, nobody came out to help us. I went inside (in the rain) and was thankfully given the bread, but was given another cold and hard cookie. The cinnamon roll was also not very good, but that might be personal taste. I do not recommend this location. They weren’t even busy from what I could see, there were two cars in the drive thru and only 2-3 tables taken inside. Ridiculous.

Went through the drive threw and my sandwich was ok but the apples slices were really mushy and had a piece of tissue paper on it ….

Gross most fast food restaurant especially the "healthy ones" microwave pre cooked food and you can actually tell from how the food was prepared. All the desserts the group of us tried had a plastic aftertaste to them. Waited a while before being asked what to order even when it was quite empty. Has a dim lit funeral home vibe to it.

I went in in the morning about 8am the service was quick and friendly. As I sat to eat I noticed how awfully dirty all the carpet under the tables were. The place was not at all busy, just me and a young guy having a coffee. The carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a few days. This is not what I am used of at any other Panera I have been to.

we ordered the pick 2 — i got smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich which is really good and a cup of mac&cheese. I like their mac&cheese!

Had to place my on order. Then asked if I wanted to tip? Really I did the work. All the trash was over filling. Had 4 people just walking around. Not any help. Also ordered a whole sandwich and got a half ?
