Gross most fast food restaurant especially the "healthy ones" microwave pre cooked food and you can actually tell from how the food was prepared. All the desserts the group of us tried had a plastic aftertaste to them. Waited a while before being asked what to order even when it was quite empty. Has a dim lit funeral home vibe to it.

I went in in the morning about 8am the service was quick and friendly. As I sat to eat I noticed how awfully dirty all the carpet under the tables were. The place was not at all busy, just me and a young guy having a coffee. The carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a few days. This is not what I am used of at any other Panera I have been to.

Had to place my on order. Then asked if I wanted to tip? Really I did the work. All the trash was over filling. Had 4 people just walking around. Not any help. Also ordered a whole sandwich and got a half ?

Panera bread used to be so delicious but I feel like you're paying way more but getting so little food back. For a small salad its $9 is crazy. The caprese sandwich tasted ok and the caesar salad without chicken was yummy. This will be a once in a blue moon stop.

I had to go back in to her forgotten items from my mobile order. The staff was polite and corrected the issue immediately and offered me an apology. Seemed like an honest mistake, but for a mobile order where they had all the time in the world to make it, wouldn't expect things to get missed. The restaurant is highly automated with ordering kiosks. You get your drink cups after you've ordered by showing your receipt. Very clean atmosphere and plenty of parking. Food is what you'd expect at any Panera, so morning to really mention there. Great overall and would go back to this location, but be sure to double-check any take out ones.

I think people might have been on break as we only saw two people so I don't fault them at all for that. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and the staff we interacted with were friendly.
Dietary restrictions: If you have an egg and/or gluten allergy there are very few options available. I suggest going to a different place if you want something other than a salad.
