I went to Pelicans 9 minutes before they closed. Employees were outside playing with hula hoops. I was told at 8:51 PM that they were closed. I asked the young lady if they closed at 9 PM and she said yes. I told her that it was not 9 PM yet and she said "I know but we have closed down for the night." This was my kids' first time here and they were disappointed. I would also like to add that the "open" sign was still lit up as we drove away. A real disappointment for a first visit....oh...and when we left the employees started hula hooping again.

Horrible. Got a large snoball and it had the top so I asked if I could get a bigger cup so it wouldn’t spill over in my car. I got looked at like I was stupid and was told “We aren’t allow to give out empty cups.” I wasn’t asking for more or anything I just didn’t want sugary syrup all over the interior of my car.

The snow cone is very delicious ? I have strawberries Maurice’s flavor. The place is nice and hot, the employees nice ?. One thing I don’t like is the bees ? buzzing around while eating our snow cones?. But at least I enjoy my snow cones ?

I don't love Snoballs but my kid sure does. We came after a soccer game one night and bless the girl's heart that was working. She was young and the only one there so the line got long but she knocked it out. They have tons of flavors to choose from and my kid really enjoys trying a new flavor every time we go.

Showed up last moment with our soccer team. The one person working took it in stride, best flavored sugar water on ice around.
I went there with my nieces and they order a butterfly kiss and a shark attack. It’s pictured with the butterfly and shark on top. So when I receive them and asked about the gummies because it wasn’t as pictured the workers in the back were rude. And said and I quote “you didn’t see the sign it’s at the bottom” and another worker said rudely “ yeah why don’t you try that”. All I asked was a simple question and received sarcasm. This is a family established I’d expect them to act nicer around young children but I guess I was excepting too much. I would not go to this location if you have young children because the worker do not have patients for them.

Very very slow service just to put some syrup on some ice. They're okay...would have been better if my tongue turned colors..Minor I know, but it took the fun out of it a little bit from the kids...made me wonder. But I think it would have had a 4 star rating at the least if they made the cones quicker..............super slow..going back in time slow...on their defense I asked someone if they usually take this long and I was told they don't....sucks to have been a first time customer here. The snow cones itself was good though. So incredibly slow....

This place is really nice & being from Florida, I love snocones !! So many flavors to choose from & also sugar free options! Well is 10/26/2022 & altogether on yelp it says that they are open, they are not. They are closed for the season at this location, not sure about other locations
