I had the privilege of speaking with Tyti at the Pizza Hut location in Grovetown and I must say she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. Not only was she very professional but she handled my situation and completed my order with so much grace and efficiency. I hope every time I call this establishment she is the person I get to speak with. I would highly encourage management to look more into Tyti quality and character, if she is not already I would definitely recommend for management. Thank you Tyti for being incredible at what you do, excellent customer service and for keeping my kids calm until dinner arrives.

Don't waste your time. The cheese pizza and cheese sticks were burnt. It was awful. They didn't include my Parmesan Romano sauce or my marinara sauce. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

Went to pick up my pizzas tonight and dealt with the rudest, most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life. When dealing with the public, it’s important to provide good customer service. Berating employees in front of customers is unacceptable. This is not our first time dealing with Tatiana but it will be the last time I ignore her behavior. I don’t understand why Pizza Hut would want someone like her representing their company. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.

I had an issue with my pizza and Miss Crystal went above and beyond to take care of me and fix my issue. She was so sweet and helpful and I appreciate her for her time and effort. It’s hard to come by people that actually care and still know how to treat customers. Thank you again for everything.

Every single time we order from this restaurant, the pizza is so undercooked that it is raw. Just today we had to have the pizza run through the oven an extra 2 times for it to be minimum acceptable. Quality control shouldn't be on the customer. Pizza Hut has lost our business. If you aren't interested in properly cooking your pizzas, get into a new business.

I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a Pizza Hut location in my life. On 11/1/25, I paid $52 for a carry-out order that was completely wrong when I got home. I immediately called the store number, but my call went to the call center. The representative (Emmanuel) was polite, apologetic, and offered me a credit toward a future order to fix the mistake. I did not ask for a credit—it was offered because the order was incorrect.

On 11/18/25, I called the Harlem–Grovetown location to redeem the credit, and the woman who answered—claiming to be the GM—was extremely rude and hostile from the very beginning. She questioned why I was given a credit, implied that “people just want things for free,” talked over me, refused to transfer me to the call center, and repeatedly told me I “wasn’t getting a credit,” even though the credit was already issued by Pizza Hut customer care.

When I simply asked for her name for my records, she hung up on me. When I called back, the call was picked up and immediately disconnected multiple times. I then received a call from a (470) area code in what sounded like an intimidating tone starting with, “If you come up to my store…”

At that point, I decided I would no longer support this location or Pizza Hut as a whole. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way, especially over an issue that originated from the store’s own mistake.

There are plenty of pizza places nearby with far better customer service and professionalism. I won’t be returning.
