They gave me the wrong pizza and no one was wearing gloves. Pizza was full of cheese with no sauce.

I am a delivery driver and have personally witnessed on multiple occasions bare hands in the food and items dropped on the floor, picked up and then used on pizza. I have shared a video of this behavior with the health department. Do you really want to risk it? I refuse to pick up there because I don't want to be responsible for delivering food that makes someone sick.

Do not order from this location. I always order papa John’s but decided to try something new today, so I ordered Pizza Hut. This pizza was absolutely terrible and I wish I read the reviews first. The crust and the pizza were the same depth, pizza was so over cooked and the crust was extremely hard. You couldn’t even tell there were pineapples on the pizza, it was so overcooked, everything was nearly the same color. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I will never order from here again, save yourself the time and do the same.
I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza with bacon and jalapeños all over the pizza. When I picked it up, the lady opened the box and I was like what is this? The pizza didn't have a surplus of pepperoni and it barely had any jalapeños on it. She asked me if I wanted them to remake it, but once I looked behind her at the guy making the pizzas in the kitchen, he had on no gloves and kept rubbing his hands on his pants. No way was I going to eat this pizza. I thanked the lady, took the pizza, and threw it in the trash. Never again will I order from this location. I did not get what I ordered; i paid extra for toppings and they only gave me the care minium plus the guy was working with his bare hands. Highly disappointed.

Tried to get dinner delivered, got delivered to the wrong address. The young dude on the phone said they'd send it back out in about 15-20 minutes. He sounded very uncertain but I give the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. 40 minutes later, I call again. Their delivery drivers are gone for the night, and the person they are waiting for, Uber eats, is still not there to pick up our food. We just go up there ourselves to save some time. My husband goes in and is promptly ignored, two employees just standing and not acknowledging him. One of them on their phone. Ok... It took a fourth employee to finally check in and give him our food. And the lobby REEKED of weed. I just don't understand. And the pasta was somehow burnt with undercooked noodles. *Shrug*

I noticed that my address showed Augusta instead of Grovetown when I placed my online order and received confirmation. I tried to call my local store. I was routed to a call center and was told my order was received. BUT he told my I would have to call the local store. I did and the young man said he didn’t know how to change the city. He put me on Hold and returned to say his manager was coming and I would need to hold abut 5 minutes. I waited and waited until he returned to say I would have to call back. I expressed my frustration and asked him to please not make me call back. No response for 10-15 seconds then a girls voice saying I would have to call back. I expressed my frustration again and said “Please don’t make me call back. I’ll end up at the call center again”. She said I’d have to call back because there wasn’t a computer at that phone.
WHAT HAPPENED TO WRITING DOWN SOMETHING ON A PIECE OF PAPER??????😤

Slow service not greeted when enter. Young lady was nice but only worker could tell she was stressed. Was out of a lot of menu items
Ordered 4 pjzzas. The pizza was super burnt and gross! The employees were rude and unfriendly. The restaurant was crammed with angry customers frustrated about their orders. They forgot one of our pizzas on the order, so I had to sit and wait while they made it. One of the pizzas was wrong and not on our order. Worst pizza experience I ever had, hands down! I'll never go to this pizza butt again.

No words. And they never answer the phone to fix anything more efficiently. If you do an online order and want a refund you have to go up to the store and to be honest if you want it done right, just so carry out and check it yourself at this point. It’s too hit or miss to risk the disappointment of delivery.

I went to Pizza Hut in Grovetown, trying to give them a chance. It seemed like we recieved breadsticks from earlier in the week they were not cut and they were so hard I thought they were pretzels. The pizza looked like it was thrown together. I will never my money there again!!!!
