We put in a order for delivery 4/13/2024 around 4:33pm. After waiting for a while, we contacted Pizza Hut in Grovetown to let them know we haven’t received our food. The delivery person argued stating she rang our doorbell and no one came to the door , so she left the food on the ground. We explained to her no one came to the door and we have a camera and app that alerts us if anyone comes to the door. She then tried to change things up and say she’ll get another order out to us. We told her we would just come to the restaurant and pick up our order. This location is always playing and lying. Thank God we have camera footage for the entire day to back us up because if not , it would’ve been her word against ours. Very unprofessional and weird to lie. It’s lazy.

Staff members were polite but the food was mediocre. Pasta bowl wasn’t cooked all the way through vegetables were basically raw. I understand it’s fast food Pizza but for being fast food pizza it was pretty bad. Stick with Papa John’s or Dominoes.

Would give zero stars.. 1/25/2024Placed order at 2:30 to be delivered at 6PM ON THE APP. Looked at the app at 530 to see the status. Time stamp and DATE I placed the order but "they didn't have details on my order". So I called and waited 30 mins to talk to anyone..@ 6:00 finally someone. They apologized they didn't receive it on their end.. I understand..Replaced my order with manager. She confirmed my address and told me it would be extra since I didn't order on the app.( app total: $33. Over the phone total: $39) Okay fine...At 745 my order was not delivered...called back waited another 30 min to speak with anyone.Finally spoke to a young lady. She tells me its been setting in the hot box waiting for me to pickup.No it's supposed to be delivered.. I asked how long till delivery..I hear a young man in back ground say ohh tell her $40 extra ...repeatedly and the young lady laughing saying yeah...(being rude)She says it's gonna be extra charged for delivery..she finally puts Manager on phone and the lady Manager doesn't remember our conversation about it being delivery..and still wanted to charge me for delivery.... why ask for my address when I placed my order for delivery???? What was the extra charge for!!!!!So I canceled my order !!!The Manager Working on New Years Eve Was Amazing!!! Even though they ran into problems he made sure i was happy with the outcome...To bad he wasn't working tonight, I'm sure he would have made it right

If I can give 0 star. I will. Many times I ordered here, never get impressed. The waiting time online was inaccurate. It had never same wiring time that you can see on the online. It was always longer than online estimate!!!I was lesson learned, this time I ordered hours ahead, BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE…..” OH…WE ARE OUT OF INGREDIENTS”!!!Excuse me, you don’t have the way to tell customer ahead?? So they don’t need to come to the store? Or they can order some where else?Also, customer service here is below zero!!!NEVEREVER AGAIN TO ORDER PIZZA HERE AND ALSO NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!

Delivery times seem to always be 90-180 minutes and carryout is usually 60-80 minutes in the evenings.
When you order a large supreme pizza, you expect toppings. Mine had the barest amount of toppings I have ever had from there. I even asked for extra's and it was pitiful. DONT BE CHINSY WHEN ADDING THE TOPPINGS TO THE PIZZA.

Ordered pizza the other night and had to wait over 3 hours. Had the delivery driver contact me twice to tell me there was a store issue and it caused over 20 people to wait in line for their orders.

This shift has to be the most ratchet in history!!! In the damn store twerking and you're the manager!! The person that WAS going to my order has no customer service skills WHATSOEVER!!!! I just walked out!!! This pizza hut gets worse and and worse! Do better!!!

Today I learned never to order from this Pizza Hut on a Friday evening. Staff appeared to be doing the best they could but they were extremely understaffed for the amount of business they were having. Major failure of management. Carry out order was supposed to be done in 60 minutes but took another 30 minutes after arriving. That appeared to be the case for at least 10 other customers waiting.
