We have had multiple issues with this location. The wings were barely sauced, there was almost no gravy on the potatoes. We will not be going back. Sub par performance compared to other locations.

I live in the neighborhood this Popeyes borders and go here more often than I should. While there have been a few times that they are busy and my order has taken longer to fill, 90% of the time, they are prompt and I only have to wait a few minutes. The staff is always friendly to me even when its someone working there that I have never seen.

They are so slow. 8 workers. I’m still waiting on a 3 piece meal for 20 minutes . All the trays on the shelves contain 9 pieces of chicken in total.

Yeah I’d recommend putting in your order in a SOLID 30 minutes before you need it, and even then be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes and for your order to be wrong. I’m not horribly mad though, cause I always order through the app and when I report order items as wrong or missing, they give me money off my next purchase (which will also likely be wrong), so keep up the bad work y’all, at least I’m getting free food out of it lol. The employees are nice too, so that also counts for something.

When we went for dinner, we ordered a serving of chicken wings, but they were cold, which was disappointing.

I went through the drive-thru to place an order for a chicken wrap. Pulled up to the window, PAID for my order and was told to pull up to the “white lines”. Over almost a 15-20 minute time span, three cars came and went, however my order was not brought to me. I decided to drive back through, and no one came to the window to acknowledge me. Unfortunately, customer service seems to consistently lack at the location.

I've been there 3 times. Never again. Can't get your order done within a reasonable time. Most incompetent staff ever. And the rudest people. There is no way this place stays open long. Don't waste your time. Food is not good. I've never had a problem at any other Popeyes. Stay away!

Probably the worst popeyes in the area(the reviews speak for themselves.) Was out of chicken sandwich meat, made us PULL FORWARD for a mobile order being the only ones in line. Boneless chicken tasted like fried erasers. Horrible experience won't ever be back to this location

We got to this location around 7:20pm. At 8:08pm we gave up and went to request a refund. All the doors were locked. As we went back to the car they finally brought the food out. But we were missing items and had to re-request them. What a waste of time.

Customer service was AMAZING. Chicken was hot and fresh. Only downside, no eating utensils in bag. The young man at the drive thru window. 👏 kudos because that last cashier you guys had was rude and nasty. Thank you Popeyes

We stopped coming here but decided to give them a shot today. Glad we did...there is new management and I personally spoke to the GM. I appreciate the service today and this team is WAY better than what they had before. Give them another shot if you were like me!!

The food is as good as any other Popeyes but they are frequently extremely late in their orders. I deliver door dash from this location frequently and often have to cancel the order after waiting for 40+ minutes.

The employees are not rude and the building seems clean but they act untrained.
