We (family of 4) order a low crab boil, combo A, combo D, and chicken finger basket. Seafood was awful. It was very overcooked. Either reheated or just overcooked. Crab legs were rubbery and meat was stuck to the shells. Manager saw the food and agreed it was terrible, but owners only would allow a 10% discount. Needless to say that was just insulting when the food was so obviously no good. For $40 a plate you expect good food and good service. I’ll give it to the manager, he was kind and tried to help. Even said if it was him he would be more upset. (Grovetown location FYI)
Weird that it was combined with Miyako but food was good and not expensive compared to my expectations.

Inconsistency is the only problem I see. I went the first time during the day to one in Grovetown and got the low country boil bag. They have four levels of spice and I ordered the second level, which was medium, and it was really good. Not too bland and not too much spice. Went there again with a group of five last night, ordered the exact same thing and wow, was it hot! It was more like the third or fourth level of spice! Hating to waste food, I wound up just wrapping most of it back up and taking it home to try to get the level of spice down a little. It could be the waitress accidentally grabbed the wrong one, but I would recommend some way of them marking the spice level on the bags, just in case.

The service was wonderful and very welcoming too. The food was delicious and the amount they serve you is well worth the money spent. Our server was very nice and fast with our order too. It's a wonderful place for a family dinner.

So I decided to eat here today. Everything was great until the waitress spilled soy sauce on my Louis Vuitton bag. Of course they could not do anything today because the owner was not there. But of course I will be in tomorrow. They did not even offer a discount on my check. Not hot it would have replaced my bag. But it would have been a nice gesture.
Great food, poor service. They don't handle rushes well at all. Service staff sitting down and (literally) bitting their nails while managers take drinks. Great food though. Average 30 bucks a plate.
Didn't get approached for 30 minutes on a Saturday, ended up leaving.

The service was amazing! We got there right when the lunch rush started, they were able to get us in a table very quick. The service and our waiter were great! Definitely recommend and we will be back soon!

David was great. Attentive but not hovering. Suggested a delicious sushi roll and fried cheese cake.

My food was delicious, the crab tasted great I got a boil and it just was amazing in taste great seasoning. This experience for my family was ruined by a mean and nasty attitude manager. We had questions about our menu items because we ordered the assorted sushi rolls but it was just rice with tuna and other fish on it? We asked about the menu and my mother said did I order wrong? The manager said yes you are wrong you didn’t order that it’s a different item it’s not sashimi we just consider that an “a la cart sushi”. She was super rude kept arguing back and forth didn’t bother to ask my mom what she wanted anything else but kept arguing with her. My mom went to ask her a question and the manager just walked away and didn’t say anything then a few minutes later came back with a picture of “other sushi or sashimi” to show my mom she was wrong again. Didn’t say anything but was incredibly rude. My mom just suffered and ate this not good “sushi”. It was embarrassing and degrading the way she pushed how “wrong” she was about what she ordered. Then music was blasting over this loud already restaurant and the speakers were blown and it sounded awful. The food would have been perfect and our fun wouldn’t have been ruined if our family didn’t listen to the manager say over and over what Sashimi and sushi is and the difference in the menu vs what we ordered. We’re not gonna go back because of how bad this experience was even tho the food was good. Would rather go else where.

Seafood boil was great! My only complaint is when we were put on the waitlist, we got no text messages. We were also told 25-30 mins and it took over an hour.

They only take reservations 24 hours in advance, and incapable of managing same-day reservations. Also, be prepared for blunt, non-professional interactions with the staff.

The food is amazing and v the new location is great. The service still needs a lot of improvement. Recommend the deluxe crab boil and get the white sauce.
