I love getting takeout from here. My favorite is the bbq baked potato. I always order it with extra sour cream, which I pay extra for, and they forget it EVERY single time. Not just the extra sour cream. They forget it all together. Butter, too, but I usually have that at home.

Today's experience was very disappointing, I ordered the snack sampler, everything was old, dry, and cold. The only thing that was good and fresh was the stew that I ordered additional to the sides. I wasted $30 because I didn't have time to come back to get FRESH. Somebody's dog will eat good tonight because It was not fit for a human to eat!!! Lesson learned

Ordered the Shack Pack opting for 30 smoked wings and french fries online; food was ready when I arrived. I asked for blue cheese and carolina mustard bbq sauce in which I was given an entire bottle of bbq sauce which I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately there was ZERO smoke and was more akin with being cooked in the oven. Very disappointed with my order of "smoked" wings. Won't be visiting this establishment again.

Fried Okra! The pulled pork was amazing and their selection of sauces was interesting. The potato salad was flavorful and delicious.
Normally when I pick up orders from this location they’ve been super good. Today the girl stated the order wasn’t ready. After waiting for quite some time & seeing her give other people their food I decided to ask the other young lady how much longer will it be. The order was ready but the first girl never said anything just ignored me. She was eager to help others but I guess my order wasn’t important enough for her.

The service was very friendly but the portions were not very large. I also question any BBQ place that doesnt sell brisket. Wouldnt recommend for anything besides their ribs.
