I had the Reese cup ice cream. WOW that was very delicious and hot the spot and a nice size. I will be going back. Highly satisfied

Stopped for drinks and a snack, but forgot to wait for the actual snack. Mariah (Im assuming was the cashier) ran me down to give it to me. I was blown away, awesome service!!!

sat at a stall for 30 minutes after my order was taken. 2 employees were bickering at each other and one insulted the other. Went to the drive through and the same employee who insulted the other gave us a huge attitude when i accidentally dropped the card in my own car. not a fan. will not come back anytime soon.

My family & I ordered at a stall (3 ice cream sundaes & a mini milkshake). We waited 20 minutes, finally hit the button again to request an update. We were told it would be out shortly. After an additional 25 minutes, we hit the button & requested an update again & was told our order was misplaced and possibly given to another stall.. all to get melted ice cream like it’s been sitting out the entire time we waited.

Despite a very busy looking drive through line, my food was brought out to me in a relatively short time because I ordered a head through the app. The problem with the app is there is no military discounts offered.
Extremely slow, cut you off when ordering. This place went downhill FAST. I keep going here and ALWAYS regret it every time.

Service was insanely slow! I spent well over 5 mins and the order box waiting for someone to take my order. And let’s not talk about the wait thereafter to get something as simple as a milkshake. The sense of urgency is nonexistent and the management needs to address this. I’m not in the business of having my time wasted or spending my money on lackluster service.

Staff and food are great, but those stalls where you order with the app only need to be removed because some of your customers do not have the common decency to either order from the single stall number or they just like pranking people. This issue did not start until these stalls were put in.

I am rating zero stars. I went by Sonic’s after they were supposed to be open and waited for 5 minutes at the drive through speaker with no greeting, I then pulled up to the drive through window with no response. I could hear someone from the inside speaking. So I then went to the stall and pushed the button with no response. This has happened on more than one occasion. They are supposed to be open and I don’t receive any service. They loss two customers today because of this.
Lunch is horrible. They need some help.
I didn't receive what I ordered. I asked for tomatoes, onions, and mayonnaise only. You all did get the no cheese correctly. Your lettuce ketchup and especially pickles I can do without. It's challenging to understand why 80% of the fast foods I purchase are always incorrect. Please explain what's going on! I did consume because I, for one, hate wasting food.

This is the slowest sonic in Augusta. No sense of urgency. Takes 15+ minutes to get your food out to you.
