We ordered 2 garlic burgers, a chicken wrap, chili cheese fries and a regular fry. Waited at the window for 20 min. The only thing that was correct was the chicken wrap and cc fries. Worked from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Drove 30 min to this location since it’s by my home. Just to get flat out disappointment. There was no line, not even 5 cars in the parking lot. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on you. Left a message, since they didn’t want to pick up the phone either.

I ordered 4 chili cheese conies and they taste like baking soda!
I bought 4 medium blasts. None of them were made with the appropriate amount of toppings. $26 for cups of vanilla ice cream with toppings sprinkled on top. The only way they will issue a refund is if I drive back to the store and return the ice cream. That would be an hour total of driving there and back twice. Ruining my family’s spontaneous late night treat. This is a scam. If you don’t want to issue a refund over the phone or the next day then don’t scam people. They obviously are cheap and greedy. When I order chili cheese anything there is literally a smear of chili and they don’t even serve it with a utensil! Lately they haven’t even been “grilling” the hot dogs. Just a quick steam. So gross.
