I ordered coffee with non fat milk, while barista was making the coffee she without reading stated using full fat milk when I pointed she dumped the entire jar filled with milk and half make coffee .. what was disappointing was so much wastage, dumping products was so easy for this lady, not realizing the affect on the owner and others .. and then her teammate some ans reassures her you are doing great .. it was such a disappointment to see youngsters not having value for work and costs for a business .. ps this was a Kroger Grovetown startbucks

They've always made my drinks perfectly and much better than other locations I've been to. They're also very pleasant .

Definitely sure no one here knows how to make my drink here correctly except the manager. She's a sweet young lady. She makes it better than anyone and always has a smile. The young lady this morning just knew she made it right! Twice! Now I'm going to another location to still get it remade. Happy birthday to me ?

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I end up waiting at least 20 minutes every time I order here.

I will attach a review from almost a year ago of the 5 stars I gave and the narrative down below, because the last few visits this month have resulted in 30 minute waits, being told they can’t serve anyone else in line, being told “ it’s gonna be a hot minute “ if you’re getting a drink. In these instances you have 1 or 2 employees working there. This is on management to get staffing squared away. I don’t know if Kroger needs to address this or Starbucks but come on folks this is bad.
We visit basically every time we grocery shop and have yet to have an issue or complaint. They always seem to do a bang up job and for the most part the staff are pleasant and polite.

I ordered my coffee here for years now, have about 800 star in my account but the quality of this shop just go down and down, today i order 3 long shot with 4 white mocha and it taste like they only do 1 shot, end up throw the coffee away.

Put my order in twenty minutes ago. (There were only two people in line) came back TWENTY minutes later and my drink was still not made, they were making people in the current lines drinks. I know my order when through at the time I put it in bc to make sure I asked a worker and she said “let me check” saw my cup with my order sticker on it, held it up and said “yes it’s right here next to be made”.This was definitely a “McDonalds” like staff. One was on her cell phone behind the counter talking on it. Like what is this?There’s a better Starbucks down the road less than a mile, I highly recommend that location over this one. It just sucks bc when you’re grocery shopping the Kroger one is convenient.MAKE THE DRINKS IN THE ORDER YOURE SUPPOSED TO

Honestly, I did a mobile order, then had to also place an order in person due to my coworker wanting starbucks while I was already there, and I overheard one of the barista girls talking about my mobile order drink. "Look at this. 12 scoops of such and such. They are insane." I wouldn't have guessed it was my drink until she told them the name for the order. I'm sorry that I add that much, but it's my drink and that's how I like it. Also, I work in food service, i know it gets insane, however, if you are going to talk about a customer or their order, at least wait until no one is around, because you do not know who they might be until they tell you you're picking up the order they were complaining about. Not to mention, she made the wrong drink and had to redo it. Starbucks should train their employees better.

There prices are not cheap but the service is awesome. I love eating there. The customer service is awesome! You can’t go wrong stopping to eat in or go thru the drive- thru.
