I usually always come to this location for my drinks but I will never come here again. I ordered a venti vanilla swirl iced coffee with dairy free creamer which comes out to $6.70. I decided to use MY points. As i am driving home, after a few sips I noticed there’s a DEAD FLY in my drink !!! I immediately went back and asked them to make me another drink and I ordered an iced green tea. They refused to take back their fly infested coffee, gave me only a $4 gift card, and on top of that the green drink tasted like what I imagine swamp water taste like (I’ve gotten them before so I know what they’re supposed to taste like). $4 covers almost nothing on their overly priced menu. So, as a recap, I used MY points (which are hardly free considering how much money you need to spend to get them) for fly infested coffee, they have the nerve to only give me $4, and I got swamp water green tea. In this economy? Yeah, no. At least the workers were nice.

Took 2 stars off for each of the coffees. Ordered normal hot brew venti and venti Caffè latte. Both were watered down completely. No flavor. It's just horrible tasting coffee. I don't understand how anyone can drink it.
The quality of their food and coffee has taken a sharp turn for the worse. I'm starting to feel queezy after drinking their concoctions.
