I ordered a chicken sandwich and paid extra for avocado, but it wasn’t on my sandwich—so I basically wasted my money. On top of that, the website kept crashing, and I had to download the app just to place my order. That said, the customer service was good, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

Its unfortunate that this is the closest subway to me. Before theyve Repeatedly messed up orders & did not offer anything to fix the issue. But tonight i had two different sandwiches that were both made incorrectly then when i went back to the restaurant they made TWO OF THE SAME sandwhiches… that were both still incorrect..

The employees here are always professional, friendly, efficient and very patient. Despite being understaffed, the facility and work stations are clean and well organized. Kudos to the young man, Xavier(?) and young female, brown haired supervisor!!! Their ability to handle in person and online orders simultaneously with a SMILE is commendable.

I don't understand how does the quality in service from day shift to evening shift shift falls short with more people working on the evening shift. Earlier today I came in and there was only 2 people the speed of service was fast with less people compared to your evening shift. I came in to pick up food, 4 people was there and there was no cookies. The food was wrong. I had to ask can I grab a chip instead since there was no cookies and of course the bottle of drink. Quality should not change from morning to night. And for the people standing around talking that means your labor is too high and it shouldn't be any errors. Food gets a turn star due to the day shift night shift. Rethink about getting new people. Now that i know if I order in the evening time I'm going to have to check before I leave. I should have just went to firehouse subs.

This Sub way is by far better than Belair/columbia Rd. I will always go here rather than the closer one. Friendly staff, great service and they honor coupons sent in the mail, or internet specials.

Ordered online..had to wait til all the patrons in the store were waited on until they started my order! I live 15 minutes away and when I arrived they hadn’t even started making my order. There are 4 employees one should be working the online orders…instead had to wait while new arrivals came in after I ordered. This is the second time this happened. Last time I just thought it was a fluke but now I feel differently.

Today i placed an order before 7 and said it wouldn’t be ready until 7:15 got there had to wait for 20 mins before anyone would even ask me who i was picking up for. they were only making subs for people walking in. Waited over 40 mins for my sub that i ordered before hand. I used to work as a subway sandwich artist and know this is super unacceptable

I placed an online order using the app for a wrap and a salad. I returned home to discover my salad order was missing several items. When I called to get it resolved the person that answered asked me to drive back to the store i asked could something be offered towards a future purchase she asked me to come back again to have the items added. i stated my order should have been correct upon pick up she then hung up in my face.

Employee's are very rude!Makayla processed to get an attitude with me because I asked her to change her gloves before making my sandwich. She just handled money from the customer before me. Then another employee asked her what was wrong. She told her I asked her to change her gloves. Then they both proceeded to laugh about the situation.Truth be told she should be washing her hands after handling money. My daughter and I sat down and ate. While doing so we got the experience of listening to them talk amongst each other about how they almost walked out several times today. Needless to say we won't be back.

To begin, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the return of the honey oat bread. Furthermore, I would like to commend this establishment for their exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in preparing food orders. However, it is worth noting that they could improve their efficiency by addressing the occasional issues with the cash register.

Basically every time I order from this subway something is wrong. It's insane. I can understand something small, but one time they switched the toppings on two of the sandwiches I ordered! Another thing is that they barely put any bacon on the BLT sandwiches! Very disappointing.

(Long post but worth the read)-I am giving a five star rating only, due to my encounter w/employee Angie today. There were a total of three employees present today on this visit. An emp slicing meat, an emp preparing bread and emp Angie, who was doing everything alone, on the front end. When my husband and I entered the establishment, there was only one guest before us but before we were waited on, evidently there were online orders that needed to be tended to first, so we waited approx. 3-5min before Angie took our order. Once the wait was over, Angie had to toast our subs(2 footlongs to be exact), fix them to our liking, wrap them, bag them and then ring up the order, and immediately move on to the next guest, while the other two emps continued slicing meat and preparing bread. I am a firm believer in teamwork, whether there is two customers in line or 20 in line. There was a lot of preparation for our subs, and I feel as though the other emps should have helped Angie. Angie continued to be very professional but yet a tad bit shy and quiet, however she didn't complain once. So I personally told her she needed help and thanked her for her service. This is why employees get burned out so quick and often fast food restaurants have frequent turnover rates. So again, kudo's to Angie because our subs were made to perfection and were delicious!!!!
