They served me sour tomatoes I ate three Doritos locos taco it tasted sour but I thought it was the fire sauce I saved my chalupa until later when I got it and took a bite it was sour I ate that without fire sauce and like the mangers stated I’m the one who put in a Application and they wrote down my information but they customer service is terrible I recorded this lady the entire time and she was very rude she told me she can only refund me from what I didn’t eat so she gave me 6 dollars for the chalupa that I ate off of make no sense and I’m at the hospital now for food poisoning she also told my mom I was rude to her but never knew I recorded after she started getting slick at the mouth

I ordered almost $50 worth of food and the majority of it was wrong. It’s always something with this location. 🙄 On top of that, the service is painfully slow. I’ve been standing in the lobby for going on 10 minutes waiting for my correct order, and no one has even acknowledged me.
If you’re out of items, that should be communicated at the speaker or at least when the customer comes inside—not after the order is messed up. The lack of basic customer service here is really frustrating. Definitely needs improvement.

I have had MULTIPLE issues with this location over the past year. It ALWAYS takes forever to get your food. The drive through moves quicker than the inside, which isn't saying much. It still took over 20 minutes in the drive through. As I was ordering, the girl asked me what I wanted to drink with my meal, I told her and inquired about a sauce, she asked again what I wanted to drink and I told her again. I proceeded to let her know I didn't want lettuce or tomato on my champagne. Again I was cut off by a different person with an attitude asking what I wanted to drink. I told her for a 3rd time what I wanted. I get home and my food is wrong. We pay way too much to never get our order right from this location and to be given attitude.

Absolute garbage customer service. No one in there has a sense of hustle or courtesy towards customers. Complete lack of caring for the environment as a whole. Manager doing more work than the employees, she was an absolute gem. Which is admirable but also sad that no one else seems to care which is probably a testament to the quality of food. Never going back there again.

I went with a question about the app to place my drive through order, and as I was getting closer to the door, this boy came to the door and closed the door in my face acting like I wasn’t there, and I completely understand they had to close the doors, but the way he ignored me, no eye contact even tho we were face to face, just the glass in between. I still didn’t take it personal and wanted to ask something, his coworker a little behind him noticed he ignored me, and she let him know that I needed something, he got close to the glass, I asked my question, and with an attitude, he whispers even tho there’s glass in between, I told him I didn’t understand and he proceeded to turn and walk away speeding, even his coworkers were confused by his reaction and checked on me, but I just told them to nvm and cancelled my order, that boy was so disrespectful for no reason.

Just bought a crispy chicken burrito that was truly awful. It was by far the worst thing I've eaten in a long time.
​The chicken was dry, burnt, and utterly tasteless. It's a shame because even the standard tacos lacked any flavor. I was unable to return it due to the distance, but I am very disappointed with the lack of quality. Avoid the crispy chicken.

We usually visit the Thomson location once a week but decided to give Grovetown a try tonight since Thomson is going down hill. The customer service and food was so good. Hot & fresh and staff was friendly

This taco bell is sooo slow in the drive thru, I don't understand how there can be three cars in front of you and it takes 25 minutes to serve three cars some tacos!? It don't take that long to make tacos! Worst drive thru service! That is ridiculous how slow they are!
