We usually visit the Thomson location once a week but decided to give Grovetown a try tonight since Thomson is going down hill. The customer service and food was so good. Hot & fresh and staff was friendly

This taco bell is sooo slow in the drive thru, I don't understand how there can be three cars in front of you and it takes 25 minutes to serve three cars some tacos!? It don't take that long to make tacos! Worst drive thru service! That is ridiculous how slow they are!

Me and my boyfriend came to Taco Bell at around 9:30pm… took them 20 minutes to actually take our order then almost an hour for us to actually get our food, we were exhausted from being out all day and just wanted our “FAST” FOOD… and they literally got our order wrong… we asked for nachos with extra everything!! And we literally only got cheese beef and beans, like wtf?? 30$?!?!? FOR BS… this made me so mad i remember why i stopped going to Taco Bell.

It's literally always a 30+ minute wait, the last two times, I just left after 10 minutes without any car moving. Made the mistake of thinking it wouldn't be so bad this time and ordered online... a big mistake, to say the least. The food's fine and they're always nice, but man, get some more night employees PLEASE.
I see mixed reviews for this location but I only go at lunch time and I've honestly had such great experiences every time. I don't get taco bell often, but it's my guilty pleasure when I'm by myself and this location is always fresh, friendly and quick.

Me and my family went and it took 20 minutes to get our order, the soda machine In the lobby was carbonated only, my wife stood at the register for 5 min or more waiting for some one to help or fill up our soda from the back machine, she got no assistance. Should have just cancelled my order!! Workers seemed more concerned about there conversation and having a good time laughing beside giving better customer service.

The wait time is something to be concerned (20m+) drive through looks backed up every time I go throught drive through and today I went in the store to order my food... service is meh, a doordash driver was trying to ask a question and the employee walked away an she was trying to say how long is was going to take...

Please adjust your hours online so they reflect that it's online orders only after 12. Makes no sense why u can't take orders if people are there working taking online orders.
