It was ok, I realize alot of restaurants, you do your order on a kiosk, that's fine,but the employee's could at least acknowledge your presence

Currently in the drive thru, and we ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app. Weve been here for over 45 minutes, and the drive thru hasn’t moved one single car through. Plenty of cars have left, but the same one is at the window. The inside is closed, but they’ve been handing orders out a walk up window to delivery drivers. One employee has been cleaning in the dining area to get ready to close, while there’s still a line wrapped around the building. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s on your cameras… and my app order, which we’re still waiting on. I figured I could write a book here while I wait. If there’s an issue, it would have been nice for an employee to let everyone know when they figured that out. But I suspect they’re just being lazy and inconsiderate of the crowd outside waiting on mobile app orders. If there’s someone they refer to as a manager working tonight, they should be fired or trained. You shouldn’t have a store open for business if you can’t fix a taco in… 51 minutes. Still waiting, but I’ll leave it at that. This pudding is bananas

Third time (and last) first time did drive thru waited over 30 mins and still didn't get the food. 2nd time said I would go in it would be quicker nope 30 mins still and was not even busy! This time said ok download the app order ahead. It has to be ready by the time I get there. Kept checking app no progress after I stopped at two other places. Get to the restaurant when I finally got someone's attention because customer service is not their strong suit to say the least they had not even started my order. It had literally been 45 mins. Had to wait inside the store for another 20 mins. $40 for 12 tacos and you have to wait an hour not worth it!

My burritos were made incorrectly and I had to call the restaurant. Patrice was so nice and has great customer service skills. She agreed to replace the burritos and asked if I wanted to come back tonight or tomorrow because either way she would take care of me. You don't receive this level of customer service nowadays and I appreciate Patrice for making my order right and making a lasting impression. We will be back!

eating here when having allergies is a hit or miss, I have a dairy allergy and always make sure to remove anything from my food that has dairy when placing my order and unless I decide to eat in I never know if they will actually pay attention to the receipt when I customize my order. however today was just the day I was fed up with Taco Bell, I ordered 2 bean a rice burritos with no sauce on it and they put sauce on both of them and it just happened to be the day I choose take out, luckily I ordered a veggie bowl and didn’t go hungry. no one wants to have to drive back in the dark because the employees can’t read.

I can only comment on the service as I am a delivery driver, but the staff works hard to get the drivers moving quickly while equally attending to thier walk in customers.

Terrible service. Informed them I was missing items that I know I ordered and I just get smug responses. They made me wait and didn't bring all the missing items, then tell me I ordered wrong again.

Service took a minute but that wasn’t a big deal. I asked for no lettuce and extra beef on all my tacos and they just ignored my customization. Make sure you check your food before you leave!!

Okay, so I have to say of all the taco Bells. I've been this one and the 1 Abella road are the best ones. the service and the ambiance of this restaurant is top. Notch, the only thing I've actually had a problem with is the speed of how they had the food ready. which I can understand. Being a fast food restaurant, it can be a hit-and-miss, but I had no problem with it. It's actually about time that they opened another Taco Bell in the area. I will have to recommend this one especially since it's so close to home and we'll have to drive all the way out just to go to the 1 in Augusta.All in all, I love this location.

I am disappointed in drink options. In the past I loved taco bell because they served diet mountain dew. They got rid of mountain dew and the other options are not good. Won't be going there anymore.

$2.88 for a medium Starry is ridiculous I will not buy just a drink without a meal here ever again. I could get a 2liter bottle for that price. Someone needs to rethink and remarket the pricing of Ala cart items.

Waited almost over an hour and did not even give us our food. Their lobby was full and they weren't worried about the people there. They took care of the car line. People working there were rude and had attitude. The workers did not want to be there and it just gave a bad energy. If I would do a zero rating I would.
