Food was very over priced and the taste is ugh nasty I purchased the beef and shrimp lomein straight nasty never again I was better off going to chinawok I just wanted something different but never again people don’t waste your money

Super polite staff. Delicious shrimp tempura. Steak a bit over cooked. Not a fan of the teriyaki but other flavors delicious.

Went here with my girlfriend after work and it’s was very good! The vegetables were fresh and very yummy! The chicken and rice was great too! Friendly and fast service!

I used to enjoy coming to Teriyaki Express, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. The food tasted like it came straight out of a frozen box—nothing fresh or flavorful. The fried rice was especially disappointing: bland, dry, and completely lacking vegetables or any effort in presentation. It’s clear the passion for good food is no longer there. Sadly, this will be our last visit. Hopefully, enough honest feedback will encourage them to make serious improvements before they lose more loyal customers.

This was my first time trying this place. I was immediately impressed and shocked at how much food they give you. It was also really good. Almost like the hibachi that you watch get made in front of you. My only critique is that I wish my veggies were cooked a little bit softer.

Never again! Just UGH!!!! Overpriced common food masquerading as some Asian cuisine. IT IS NOT!!! My rice was hard down in the center…I’m literally crunching when I get to the innermost part of the rice. The veggies were bland with NO SEASONING. The beef is hard and overcooked and super dry. The shrimp is OK, but they are VERY stingy with the portions. They basically piled a big bed of hard undercooked rice on the plate and then sprinkled a thin layer of some veggies shrimp and outdated beef on top of the mound of rice.

I called the Asian lady over to my table and let her know that the rice was not well cooked. She literally had the nerve to try to convince me that it was the brand of rice that they use. Like because It’s brown rice. It’s supposed to be hard on the inside. Woman, I’ve been cooking rice for over 40 years! Even brown rice can/should be tender unless you just enjoy crunching on the grainiest part of it.

Wouldn’t it be better to improve your service and your menu options instead of losing customers? Look at your reviews. Several people saying the same thing. Stop making excuses and improve yourselves!

See this picture at 12:22 p.m., the height of the lunch time??? Teriyaki Express is empty…except for me sitting over here across from the grill. Now I know why it’s empty.

this restaurant was amazing! we stopped in while traveling home from vacation and were blown away by the service, speed of food being prepped, flavor, and overall experience! we had the teriyaki chicken plate and the orange chicken plate, both with fried rice and a side of noodles. 10/10 for everything! their veggies were amazing, and a healthy mix— not mainly onion how a lot of restaurants do these days! their white sauce is so yummy and thick— not watery and thin how a lot of places are. i would def recommend this spot, id love to visit again if ever in the area :)

Kid-friendliness: we had our two kiddos with us! one of my kids made a huge mess on the floor with her food, i grabbed the broom to sweep up my mess and the cashier assured me she would do it and parents didnt need to worry about their children being children in public.

Well I just ordered 2 meals from there and it smelled weird in the car. I get home and the beef is hard and tastes old. I stop eating it, because I don’t want to get sick.

First time eating here on a delivery order using uber eats . The food was horrible it was old rice was hard and meat was dried up. I called to see if we could get a discount. The man who answered the phone said to me it wasn’t his fault call uber eats . I explained that it was on time, it was just old food and he said not his fault he gave it to them. Literally told me to get my money back from Uber Eats . I obliged him .. but uber eats wasn’t to blame.. I informed Uber Eats that it was the nastiness of the food . Eat here at your own risk . This place does not care about the quality of food they put out. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

They will NEVER get business from me again! My husband and I called in to place an order and whoever was on the phone was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He repeatedly kept saying “no” to everything I asked for then proceeds to say “how about you let the men talk”.!!!

POOP in the shrimp! And very small portions of shrimp! Get the chicken or steak instead for a much bigger portion. Food is clean tasting but could use more seasoning for sure. Place has the potential to be great. CLEAN YOUR POOPY SHRIMP, and I'll be back.
