Nothing particularly stand out about it, but it's a solid place to hang out. People are pretty pleasant. No issues. Drinks are well made. Service is good. Food is decent. Place won't win any awards, but if you just want to chill and have a few drinks, it's a good choice.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered wings, but when they arrived, the skin was rubbery and the wings were clearly undercooked. I requested a change or a refund, but the staff/manager refused and insisted I still pay for the uneaten meal. I expected better customer service, especially when the food was not up to standard. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the restaurant’s commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction. I won’t be returning.

Not welcoming at all!! My husband and I walked in today. We were the only customers and the only person present at that time was an older lady bartender. She did not greet us at all. When I said hello, she never looked up just did a half grin. Almost like it was killing her to even try and greet us. Never felt so unwanted in our lives. We turned round and walked out!!

The service was fine but it seems that they triple charged us. On the menu, the drinks are $9.75 but on our receipt they charged us $10.55. My sandwich was $12.49 on the menu, I was charged $14.03. On the menu it states that gratuity is charged for a party of 6 or more, it was only two of us but we got charged gratuity. Then we were charged tax and a card fee. Never again TIPSY Bar & Grill ?

Didn't get greetings when we came in, we were the only ones in the place, took 5 minutes to get any drinks and 5 more for a menu and never got the bartenders name, saw both cooks eating over the prep area, and fryers , never washing their hands so we didnt get food, big health food violations, probably would not go back
