The food was AMAZING. My servers were fabulous!!! Management was the rudest I have ever seen. I understand being busy, however, screaming at your staff and rushing them does nothing. The cook was cooking the fastest he could, and they kept rushing everything. Management kept telling them to make food they already made which then made management mad because there were 2 of stuff. Complaining that there aren’t clean dishes when you keep yelling at the staff to do other things, I did not enjoy the atmosphere. I couldn’t even hear my husband over them screaming at their staff. HORRIBLE!!!

I typically go to this WH around 1am - 4am... Service can be slow sometimes but staff is friendly enough. I went this morning had the displeasure of pulling a long dark piece of hair out of mouth. It took everything in me not to throw up on the spot. I didn't even mention it to the sole employee inside the establishment. I finished my coffee and left. Please yall.... consider wearing hairnets! It'll be a while before I find the courage to eat out again.

$33 for two meals! And it wasn’t even that good. Asked for over medium and got very runny eggs. Won’t be returning.
Juliette at this location really aggravated my boyfriend and I this morning. We always come to this location and NEVER have had a issue placing our to go order at the bar.
NOBODY WAS WAITING TO BE SEATED nor was it busy. She made it her business to aggravated us not once but twice about us waiting for our order at the bar.
Please teach your employees not to unnecessarily aggravate customers.

Drinks went empty for over TWENTY minutes (including 2 children), the waitress seemed lost and kept forgetting orders, never was given our bill so we have had to wait even longer to leave. Absolute worst service EVER in a Waffle House.

The service was quick, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and neat. But the blueberry waffle was the worst waffle I've ever eaten. The outside was ALMOST crisp while the inside was gummy and incompletely cooked. If I would have had time to send it back, I would have. I should have. My stomach was uneasy for an hour after eating it.
