I'm 63 years old, and I've eaten at a lot of waffle houses through the years. But I must say by far, this is the best tasting waffle house food I have ever had. I don't care what you say. Now I feel bad for not tipping. I always, always, always tip servers. This was the first time I didn't. But when the young man told me there was no military discount for to go orders, I discreetly became disappointed with this location being right at Fort Gordon's Gate. But when I got home and devoured the feast, I felt like an a#$%ho$le. My impatience in not trying the product before becoming disappointed. This waffle house location rocks. I will definitely try to correct my dumb mistake in not tipping during my next visit. Management has this team real winners. 4/20/2024 11:15 am. Please forgive me.

Ordered last night @ 6 pm and everything was great except I ordered my double hasbrowns smothered, covered and capped but got them plain. Tried to figure out how to call the store but the number given on Google just says you can't call in an order. Would have loved to speak to a worker or manager to get my order right instead of doing a review but can't seem to reach anyone. We order all the time from this store and it's always been fresh and wonderful but was disappointed last night.

Service:The service was so wonderful that even the young lady that was training greeted us so sweetly.Our waitress was patient as the 2 kids put in their orders and mommy had to tweak something slightly so my daughter didn't get more than what she really could handle ?Food:Our food came very fast and it was delicious. Everyone ate everything!Sorry I don't have any suggestions.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place for the kids to get a waffle fix. Yumm!

Enjoyed breakfast after surgeryDottie was our server and was able to order exactly what I wanted. She took good care of us. Tim was the Grill Op and cooked our food to perfection.
This Waffle House had 4 cooks on the grill & 2 other workers. I patiently waited over 30 mins due to the young lady saying they were behind. Tell me why they must had not called out my whole order my waffle & sandwich was ready but the girl forgot the sausage!!! After waiting over 30 mins I said never mind. She wanted to give me all these excuses but you expect me to wait & my other food gets cold because of you all mistakes. I came there cuz it was close to my job BUT NEVER AGAIN. & the little girl running the register had an attitude if anybody should have an attitude it’s me!!!! Please go else wear to get food the are sorry !!!

It is very slow and extremely rude management. Argumentative and will charge you for their mistakes. I went there because of it being close to my home and all the construction on Horizon S. Pkwy. I will never go to this location again and will not recommend anyone else to go to this Wafflehouse. Corporate should be embarrassed by poor quality.
