Not only am I a black woman that wears my natural hair proudly, I also DoorDash occasionally just to have pocket change or to even pay extra on an already paid bill. What I witnessed tonight was just blatant disrespect and utter disregard to my presence. This facility has failed to practice the proper customer service etiquette. I walked in and seen all employees eyes watching me as I said Hi, hello!. Said it 3 times. Third time was the loudest because i wanted to make sure I was being heard. They all just stared at me as If i was some foreign thing from Krypton. I asked the young lady with red & black crochet locs if she could hear me through my mask... she said yes. She was also the one who didn't speak to me either. I told her I spoke to the ENTIRE staff (including her) and NOT ONE person spoke to me... but just stared at me. She tried to apologize but the damage was already done! Another female that didn't look like me, she walked in after me and she was spoken to. Not only was it discriminatory, it was also racist. In all my time of living in Augusta, I've not experienced audacity and blatant disrespect to this level. I just grabbed my order and left because the customer service was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. That one lil hispanic girl had a very nasty & smug look on her face the entire time as i walked up to greet her. Maybe her breath stunk and she didn't want to open her mouth? It looked like it did. I wouldn't want to talk to anybody if that was the case- They just all looked me straight in my eyes and chose to say nothing. At all. As a customer and as a delivery driver who thrives off of providing excellent customer service to my customers, I advise you to not visit this place. Even if you're a person of color. The food is bland and the customer service is Sub-par & extremely poor. There are better places out there!

Friendly staff, but bland food and atmosphere. No flavor and not cheap. We left without eating most of it. The chicken had zero flavor, and the mac 'n cheese had gotten very gritty.

Wifesave came in clutch during the holidays this year. The staff were super friendly and helped me get my family meal of 20 pc mixed fried chicken, biscuits, and sides ready in a flash. Made to order so it was hot and ready just like we wanted. Will be going back for sure!

I use to like this wife saver. corn bread still delicious. got a 3 veg plate and a 2 veg and raw chicken plate. my green beans were hard and half cooked. this is suppose to be comfort food.. the mac and cheese had no cheese in, just a powered mix. it was terrible. wife got potatoe salad and it was mostly full and packed with mustard. the white meat dinner was bleeding. it was like eating a sponge. and we got this experiment for 25.00 outrageous for food of this caliber. year ago this would have been 15.00 and tasted twice as good. Never go there again. maybe the main line cooks work during the week and this was this past saturday. we took the chicken home to microwave it and salvage something as we left most of the food in the plate

I just left drive thru and I got the whole cat fish dinner my fish was not cooked all the way I throw up I will never go back again in life I pray I don't get sick from this restaurant...Too many young people working there...

I used a card at this restaurant that I rarely ever use because of a suspicious feeling when I pulled to the drive-thru window. Low and behold, the next day mysterious transactions began to appear on my credit card statement.
