Service was one of the worst I have experienced. And if you like ice in your drink don't come here. Cashier was rude and ignored me when I asked her for ice.
Food was slow to come out. People that ordered well after got their food first.

I am sitting here now, completely was ignored when walking in, finally a lady came to ask if I was helped knowing she just ignored me, they had not started none of the orders that I came to pick up. Hands down the worst customer service. When dealing with anyone who delivers food they are always rude and take forever to prepare the orders.

Sadly this place is going down hill in my opinion. The last few times I have not been impressed by the quality. My wings are cooked but just barely. The skin is soft and not crispy like it used to be. I’m not sure why but I can only guess that with so many orders coming through they are cooking them with less time. There is no option in the apps for wings to be cooked longer. Honestly I’m not sure if it would matter as I select longer cook time on the fries but it’s always ignored. I don’t like squishy French fries and definitely don’t like squishy wings. It’s really too bad because I love their flavors.

I attempted to order a 8 piece wing combo. 4 boneless Cajun and 4 traditional lemon pepper all flat. Which I ordered LAST WEEK with NO PROBLEM at the North Augusta Location.

Tonight I was told that is not a option because of the new system. When I went to the North Augusta location it was done with no problem and they had the new system as well.

The guy consulted with a manager who also told him it’s not possible. This is extremely disappointing and it seems as if they refused to even try to accommodate my order. Maybe teach your employees how to fully use the system.

Today is 3/26/25 my wife name Hien Tran have order food for my kids , I seat waiting for almost hour , when I ask the employee she said they have gave to some one already and did not said a word sorry or do anything ! That was horrible terrible how to take care customer like that . I recommend this places is bull shits they need to hire better Managers thanks .

The last 3 time, it's been a sub par experience. Today, there was no ice whatsoever. And wings weren't cooked well like requested. Also, ordered online, and wings were still not ready till 18 minutes after they were supposed to be ready.

Welcome to WingStop, where to-go orders and the customer’s order behind you is more important than yours. Where there are no trash cans and the napkins are a roll of gas station paper towels. Where your order of fries is likely to be a 1/2 pound of crumbs (see pic).

This trip:
This is our fifth time at this location, and each time gets worse. What a mess. We watched as order after order after order was filled before ours (to-go and in person). We were literally the last customers standing, and our order wasn’t filled until I walked to window to address the issue. They were “waiting on fries.” That’s hilarious considering the sad excuse for fries they gave me.

Whatever, WingStop. You stay busy enough to ignore reviews like this. If we return, I won’t set my expectations so high. Maybe that’ll keep me from writing another review like this.

Usually people are Frustrated or Upset because they can NEVER get their ORDERS on TIME! Usually you'll have to wait another 20-30Min that's if they didn't forget or leave something out!

Right when you go in, you're immediately greeted and welcomed. The young lady at the register was sweet and polite and got an order in. It got packed and really busy after we ordered, so there was a little wait but totally understandable and worth it. This is our go-to wing place always. Definitely recommend.

Terrible. Food tastes old and not fresh. Not to mention messed my whole order up. Worst Wingstop in the whole area. Stay away trust me.

Got my order wrong. The person pretending to be the manager told me my refund would take 3 to 4 days. They never processed it. Called 7 days later, a different manager took action. Got my refund next day.

It's not always the quickest, but they do tell you when it will be ready, and it's pretty accurate. The Ranch dressing is off the charts!!

Took over an hour and they missed an entire part of the order.... if you're gonna be slow at least do it right

Almost a year later and not much has changed other than even if the order is wrong, the food still taste good.

Don't go here or order delivery if time is an issue because this is anything but fast food.

They are almost tied with pizza hut as in it will take at least an hour if you order delivery. Hit or miss with ordering in or pickup.

Maintains 2 stars for now.

It will be a long time before I order from here again. If its fast its wrong, if it's slow, it's most likely still wrong. The process usually goes, "I'm in the mood for wings lets get wingstop!"...an eternity later, "I should have just ordered a sandwich, or maybe even a PB&J."

The tracking status on the app means absolutely nothing. "Order by x time." 30 minutes later, "order delivered" but it still shows "being perfected" and "driver still waiting on order"
