Disappointed.I received an appetizer after 30min and ordered the special for that day and was charged for a regular day. our waitress was great. However being the only one in there and being served at a timely manner is unacceptable.Best thing to do is not be defensive. MAKE CHANGES. REREAD. We were the only ones in the building to eat. I was polite when it took 10min for a drink & longer for a straw. I was polite when i was charged an adult meal for a kids meal. I was polite & paid for the large pizza & didn't get kids meal for free. I was polite when I still tipped more than 20% I was polite when I posted & didn't go into detail. Your restaurant could be great if you can put in the work & take the news as a learning lesson.I know about restaurant & food service all to well.

If you come here you will wait forever, pay too much and get a very basic pizza. I waited over an hour for a take out order, the lady there didn't seem interested and the service I witnessed in the time there was sub par. There is nothing homemade about this place. They cut corners everywhere. My pie came out under done. We had to put it in the oven to finish it off. Save yourself the drive and go get Little Caesar's pizza or stop at Walmart for a heat and go pizza or even a frozen pizza. Especially if you know what REAL pizza tastes like, are from NYC and Italian.

I was a pizza cook for this place from April to early May. Found roaches near the garlic butter and crust dust. I informed them that I had to go at 2 and was gaslit about leaving so I promptly quit. Don't eat here lmao most of the food is gross, wings are standard sized when it's "Jumbo" on the papers, one of the previous workers even said "Nobody works here for more than a month."

Their “double-order” of fries for $8 ?. This place sucks, every time we order it’s always something with the quality of the food (cold and unfresh, wrong amount, or overcooked). Employees have horrible customer service skills and whisper/catch attitudes when you try to address them about their horrible service. Done ordering from this place.

Ordered a double order of fries. We got about 20 cold fries. At 7.49 for a double order?! No ma'am, sir! They are argumentative and clearly you don't get what you pay for. Oh, and they refused a refund. #FOH

On a Tuesday afternoon it takes over an hour to get a simple lunch order. I don't dare try it when it's a busy time. Prices on the menu don't match the price online and don't match what you are charged (shady), and are pricey for just mediocre food. They add a $5 fee for "ToGo" even though I walked in and ordered and paid cash (check your receipt). I was not told it would take an hour before I ordered, and the order had to be corrected when it finally did come out.As a small business owner in the area, this is hard for me to say, but... I do not recommend this restaurant. This is my fourth time giving this business a chance (just as bad each time), and I won't be back again.

Terrible customer service. Walked in for a carry out order, was told it wasn’t ready. Okay, no big deal. After sitting there for 20 minutes I was asked if I’d been helped and after stating I was there for carry out but had been told it wasn’t ready, they tried to hand me a box that had been sitting out the entire time I was there. First employee never even bothered to ask what my order was or if it was done, which it apparently had been the whole time. Restaurant was dirty and did not give off a good vibe; probably best that I didn’t take the food. Certainly not the same establishment it was 2-3 years ago.

Was excited for this spot until I saw it. 1/3 the slice has cheese and when I ordered pepperoni and italian sausage was lucky to have 1 of each on any slice. Hope they improve.

This place is truly hit or miss. Once i order one with Ubereats and by the time the food got to me it was cold and soggy. But I decided to give them another try recently and I was glad I did. The pizza was thin and crispy and the toppings were plentiful and juicy. And the wings!!! Came back today and the food was super mediocre and it took FOREVER. might be by last try with these guys.

First visit there.....staff is great, polite and well informed. Great atmosphere. The toppings are good quality and there are olenty of choices. The only thing I find appauling is the frozen pizza crust. If they used fresh dough they'd have a homerun. But Mellow Mushroom still has best pizza in the area. Sorry guys, but you gotta lose that awful cardboard crust.

I really try hard not to leave bad reviews. I mean years in the food industry will give you the understanding that sometimes things are just.. off. Well, we have visited this restaurant many times and more often than not leave disappointed. The food either comes out wrong or just doesn't take good, and it takes so long to get to the table that asking for a remake it excruciating.Well, we decided we would give then a try for dessert. Hard to mess up, or so I thought. Almost $40 and an hour later and we received garbage. The cannoli, not a true cannoli. Don't be fooled. The cookies were ok, nothing special, better heated up. And the real reason I'm so upset..the dessert pizza. The picture on the website describes the pizza as 12 inches with cinnamon topping drizzled with sweet icing. I added apples. I wasn't aware the filling would be canned apple and gummy, nor was I aware that I would be getting a kid sized pizza with no icing drizzle or the extra icing that I added on the side. Ths was a complete waste of money. I want my hard earned money back!

If I could give zero stars I would. We went there for lunch today and it was the absolute worst service I have EVER had.. We waited for over an hour for two orders of wings and one order of fries and the only reason we got it at all was because I had to ask the waitress where our food was. They hadn't even started cooking it yet. They had a total of 2 tables occupied today. So being busy wasn't their excuse.. her reason was because this happens everyday.. I mean seriously if this happens everyday they won't be in business much longer with this kinda crew.. I asked to see a manager and she said the guy cooking was the manager who I had just witnessed leaning against a cooler reading something instead of cooking the food.. The waitress acted like she was zoned out into outer space the whole time.. so she comes to the table and says if you want to go ahead and pay I can have him put them in a to go box.. first of all if I had wanted it to go I wd have ordered to go.. second ur still charging me full price??? Oh wait nope she didn't charge me for 2 cokes.. there's ur discount.. also there's your damn sign.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If Scott had been there this would have NEVER happened.. I can't believe I just paid someone to act like this.

Jumbo wings are not jumbo…they’re the standard size wing. Wasn’t worth $20 delivery for 10 wings
