Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fries were so bad that they made me gag. No salt ,old, and hard. Ask for fresh fries, I was then given old fries that was dipped back in the fryer and over salted.

I decided to give them a second try because the first time I ordered, I was not pleased. I ordered a salad and wondered where was my chicken-it was only a few pieces but a huge bed of lettuce. This time I did Uber eats and the driver got my food to me quickly but the salad was not fresh! Cold chicken, salad did not look fresh and most importantly, I specifically asked for no tomatoes due to allergies and I saw where this salad had tomatoes on it and they tried to pick them out. There were pieces left in it. When people ask for no tomatoes it’s for a reason-not necessarily preference but for to health conditions. Last time I’ll be eating here. I wish that the quality of these new restaurants coming to Grovetown was much better.

I asked the assistant manager on duty a question regarding my order while at the register and he looked at me, walked away and started taking drive thru orders. He just left me standing there at the register awkwardly with no resolution. I stood for a solid minute before he returned and answered me with a “there’s nothing I can do sorry.” Obviously no grasp on operations or customer service during this shift.

Manger tonight would not honor coupon in the app because the app was down. Said he couldn’t do it in the system. I have worked there for years, all it would’ve taken was to use the comp button. Poor customer service.

Slow and overpriced

We just ate here and got chicken wings and they were shriveled up and hard and had the audacity to give me one that was the smallest chicken wing I’ve ever seen! Also, got chicken cheddar fries and the fries were cold. Will NOT go back!
