Went in an hour and a half after they opened, the toaster wasn't heated up. We waited 20 mins for our food. The person at the counter took all our orders at the same time even though we said we were ordering separately and then asked again later. They had earbuds in and were clearly on a call. They then waited until everyone's orders were finished before checking out, causing us to line up even tho the drink fridge is incredibly close to the check out counter.

The food was terrible. The bread was extremely dry and hard. Then, one of my sandwiches had a piece of hair in it. Not to mention, they just threw the ingredients on the bread.

The lady who made our sandwiches was super sweet and fast! The other lady who was supposed to be cleaning or I assume that’s what she was doing was making me uncomfortable she kept staring at me never said a word to me just stood a little close and stared me down it was a little unnerving and not what I would want from a the employees of an establishment. Other than that I have no complaints.
Service and atmosphere are excellent. All Subway food is……eh!

I walked in after placing my online order. It was a sub, 3 cookies for the kids and a drink. I stand there for 10 minutes waiting on anyone to come from the back. Here I am yelling for them… and the other customers who were eating are laughing because it’s just ridiculous.
So I grab my own drink cup, and get my drink while I wait.
Finally got my food and they blame it on not hearing the bell when the door opened.
On top of that I get home and realize one of the children doesn’t have a cookie. I just feel like the order was incredibly simple. The sub wasn’t toasted like we ordered but I’m not worried about that. This was simply negligence.
