Great food and service. Drive thru can be slow sometimes
Past 3 visits over a 2 day period at three different times one in the early morning one at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon and one at about 10:15 . Although the food was edible, it seemed like it was just thrown together. You could tell that the burgers weren’t made correctly. For some reason, the drive-through is always backed up as if there’s not enough people making the food and yet for another reason when you get to the speaker it seems like you’re rushed through the process, which is fine. It is fast food however you don’t get the genuine feel that they want to serve you Especially when the food is made incorrectly and it’s just a standard order nothing special. Being in a small town and only having one real fast food restaurant at the moment, I frequent the location a lot not sure what’s missing especially over the Last few visits.

Location started off really good and consistent for the first couple years. Wife and I usually eat here once a week and quality is slipping. Sweet tea seems to been getting a weird, almost moldy, taste to it and we have to dump it. But since we use drive through, we don't find out til we get home 5 minutes later.

I stopped here and went inside as I had to use the restroom before ordering. Walking to the restroom I noticed how unclean the mirror in the hall was. Going into the stall I noticed how nasty the door, floor and handle were. Went to wash my hands and noticed how utterly filthy the whole room was. You know, stainless steel can and should be cleaned everyday. I decided I didn’t / couldn’t eat there. So disappointed! I’m sure Wendy’s Corp would not be pleased.

Very rude employees came there from Florida hurricane evacuation and you can seee the the lazy person sitting on there butt not wanting to answer the window or drive thru. If you hate your job don’t work there and ruin it for the owners

The food I ordered was great. However, I ordered 2 small frosty because they had an ad in the window that small frostys are $1. I later noticed that I was charged $2.19 for each frosty. Very disappointed in the false advertisement.

I went through the drive through. The whole time I went through my drive through experience it sounded like it was a woman. Went to pay, mind you this is around 10:39, 11:00pm. I am ahead of someone else. They make me pull up. Just to service the individuals behind me. I wait for a moment then back up. Asking what is the problem . The palm colored girl is giving me attitude so I gave it back to her. Who tf you think you talking to? They were quick to cover her, as usual and make me look a type of way. Contact them y’all and shut it down.
Food was pretty good , other than that I waited for a while after I ordered , she came back to the window after handing me certain items and slammed the window while I waited again , very disrespectful and very ghetto. Tried to call and contact management but line was busy for days. Absolutely go somewhere else if you don’t like attitude problems and long waits.

The new people they have. Have seriously bad attitudes. There straws are all dry rotted. They have hired a bunch of DEI people and have an attitude every single time. The rep Vallen that is at the window has a serious attitude problem and needs to go. They are about to lose a customer. I am so sick of dry rotted straws. This has been going on for weeks. They think we are not pissed that they are trying to get rid of them by sliding them to us. We pissed when we can't drink our drinks. I am done until they fire Vallen at the front window.
