I’m so surprised at the ratings!! 5 STAR SERVICE DOESN’T mean everything is perfect. I have ordered from the Lovejoy location several times and always leave better than I came. My first experience I came right during closing. I walked in with a smile and was told they weren’t taking any more orders, immediately my smile faded and I turned around and headed to my car. Only, to be met with a basket of piping hot chicken. My entire weekend was made! I had other experiences...
Anybody from Griffin to Macon knows what a big chick is so when I seen the signs for it, I said let me try my old southern town favorite! After seeing the reviews, I'll pass! I know that sometimes there are disgruntle customers for whatever reason but to see the responses from the owner to further chew the customer out because they felt like their customers experience wasn't thT bad...lolz!!
