Google says 2am, but at 1:10am no one answers ….typical unprofessional establishments. The night “manager” said “I don’t care what google hours say” we are closed ! I guess this explains why they are losing business and traffic is decreasing .

whoever that was at the drive thru window was rude 9/6 around 11:20 pm. She was rude over the intercom and rude at the window. Never coming back here again, and i hope people that enjoys/likes good service will never come here either. i need a manager/owner to contact me please.

Very rude! I ordered online they said they didn't have my order so I went to car to get my phone to show proof of my order they then acted like I didn't exist. We're very short and rude.

How many separate times should you attempt to order from Burger King units and be preventented by issues with their app?
4 out of 5 times is my limit.

BK then exacerbates the problem by the employees, often aware of the issue with app, making zero effort to solve or circumvent the issue.

The customer service was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! It was an older lady with a pink and red wig on that was so rude and unprofessional and had an attitude for no reason at all. I placed 2 separate orders, both orders had the LUNCH COMBO (includes a drink, sandwich, and fries) All I wanted was my drinks for my orders and she said that I didn’t pay for the drinks when in fact on both receipts it had the drinks on there. So she had us just sitting at the window yelling saying “you did not pay for the drinks!” And yelling saying “go back around and order another drink” So i basically never received my drinks and it was around closing hours so I could not go inside the store! And then I looked over 1 of the receipt again and they charged me for a donation that I had no clue about I wasn’t even asked about any donation at all!

And if the very rude lady with the pink and red wig on is the manager that’s crazy, like I could not believe how she was being nasty because they didn’t do their job! It’s sad and unacceptable

Would not recommend anyone to eat or buy anthing for here.NEVER coming back. Employees are looking to cause an issue and dont care about any questions or concerns you have when it involves your order. Front counter staff is Terriable

This place is trash late night. Bad attitude and I feel like the trans person that works the drive thru at night does something to the food. If you don't want to be there find another job. I was so disgusted with the service and food this time I threw it away.

Very rude Customer service. Even management has an attitude. All I did was ask for my receipt and the extra soda that I purchased. I received a bad attitude and was told I only ordered 1 soda. The manager made it seem like she was just giving it to me while having such a poor attitude. When I got my receipt, there went the soda that I was charged for. Every time I’ve come to this location, they get your order wrong and have the worst attitudes when you tell them. It’s not professional to have such a nasty attitude to people, especially to those customers that are kind.

Then I went a month ago and ordered items with cheese on them. They are bad at not giving you the receipt with your card. I always check my bag before leaving. I noticed that I paid for cheese and nothing had cheese on it, and I was missing an item. I parked and went inside and nicely informed them that the items didn’t have cheese! I also didn’t receive my items for my small child. Don’t you know the manager accused me of eating the items? They also put cheese on the items and warmed it up so hot. It almost burned my 6 year old’s mouth. Like why would I literally be in the drive thru and a second later eat items just to come inside about a $3 item? I didn’t touch a thing in the bag and they knew that! If you care about your items that you order, even with a receipt, they will have an attitude and argue about what you paid for! I just don’t understand why people are so rude and nasty to others! Like why work these kind of jobs if you act like you hate people?

Also, be careful who you’re rude to while working around people and their food. I work for the state and will reporting this to corporate.

No interaction from the staff—barely a word spoken. Ordered fries, no ketchup. Mozzarella sticks? No marinara sauce. Got the sauces completely wrong for everything. If you care about getting what you ordered, do not go here. Completely disappointing experience.

This place is Hopeless!
The food tasted and was disgusting. I had to come back and have them make the whoppers over because they had Bacon on them and were not supposed to. They gave us back the same disgusting whoppers that had the Bacon on them because the bread was soggy and in the photo you can see that. The fries had ZERO Salt on them and the Trans person at the window said they don’t put salt in the fries and said I can put salt on them. Do I look like I work here ? He put iodized salt packets in the bag. Unprofessional and Nasty people!!!!
