On point every time. I love the staff, they deliver great service every time.

The whopper jr is pathetic it's actually smaller than the kids burger the tomatoe only one mind you was even smaller i won't be wasting money there again

They didn't have any signage about the new Whoppers, so I asked at drive thru if they had them. The lady asked did I say a Whopper with cheese? I said no, repeated my question, to which she said yeah. I had to repeat my order twice and then sat at the window for at least 10 minutes for 3 Whoppers and a cheese burger. Next time I'm going to Griffin.

The worse Burger King yet! Received a cold burger with barely anything on it.They gave honey mustard with the mozzarella fries instead of the marinara sauce. The pickle fries were way over done. Got less than half of what they're supposed to give and worse of all most of them were empty husk with no pickle in them. Just fried batter.
I ordered the new Fried pickle ranch whopper. The young man taking orders was rude to the customers. The rest of the staff had attitudes and were arguing with each other. My order was wrong.

This was the absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had. Lovejoy has truly gone down. I've never had a manager yell at me because they messed up my order and I simply wanted it fixed. I should not have to be the one trying to deescalate a situation in which I was wronged. I really hope they can fix their issues or like many others, I'm sure they will be closed next.

I don’t know where to begin! I attempted to go get food from this location Friday, October 11 around 7: 15 PM. When I pulled up, the drive-through was wrapped around the building so therefore, I decided to go inside to make it quick quicker on the inside as soon as you walk in they’re arguing and when I say they the staff. The manager is arguing with the worker about not remaking food because someone gave out the wrong food to the wrong customer arguing loud in front of customers. There was about four people, including me on the inside three people had already ordered waiting for their food and I was waiting to order. No one ever greeted me. No one ever said give us a second will be right with you. They just continue to argue back-and-forth over remake food when you drive-through is wrapped around the building and people are constantly waiting for food. Poor management poor Customer Service. I don’t know what’s going on with the restaurants in Hampton. All of them need to be shut down because they are all horrible! Drive to McDonough or Fayetteville for better service.

Ordered a diet coke, they gave me a cup of water. Ordered two whopper jr. sandwiches and two large fries. I got home with a chicken sandwich and one fry. They suck. Typical ignorant people from the area.

Went there last nite, waited in drive through for about 20 mins (only 2 cars in front) just to be told they were out of everything I was trying to order, this the second time this has happened over my 4 visits in the last 6 months. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else, the management doesn't want your money

I came to this establishment today to sit down and have lunch. I was greeted by a nice young lady cashier, then suddenly interrupted by a short haired manager that would not give her name. The manager told the young lady to stop taking my order and help out in drive thru because of the line. No I apologize sir, I will be right with you or anything, just plain rude. So I went to McDonalds where the service and food were amazing. I will never return to this location

They have never given me my order correctly and the pull behind the yellow pole so they can take their time is ridiculous. They are so slow and inaccurate for no reason. Do better or close it down. Behind the yellow pole so drive thru times aren’t bad. 0:22 and counting
