Tried to order a bacon cheeseburger in the drive thru only to be told they don't sell bacon cheeseburgers only dragon whoppers. Bacon cheeseburger is on their menu board under value menu. I was so dumbfounded that I just drove away to go somewhere else.

They have horrible customer service. On top of that, don’t order from them on DoorDash. They’ll just give away the order without confirming, and will not go out of their way to take accountability for it and remake the order.

Doesn’t open on time !went to this location at 6:30 and they were still closed . Online and the signs on the door and drive thru window advertise opening at 6am

This Burger King has the worst service customer Representatives I have ever seen. They mixed up my order they did not give me several sandwiches that I ordered and when I went in to get them and show my receipt the manager who I will not name for privacy reasons wanted to call me a liar and say I did she gave me the burgers well I wouldn't have taken my time out of a rainy day to go back inside their restaurant if I had to gotten my burgers. The manager proceeded to argue with me and so did the the window worker and want to call me a liar and then threatened me saying I don't want to mess with them when I was trying to show her asked her if she wanted to look in the bag to see if she said no she wanted to keep on and on and on and on at me. This was worst I ever saw

I used a through the mail coupon and got a whopper meal for $7.48. That's a deal in my book.

The whopper jr is pathetic it's actually smaller than the kids burger the tomatoe only one mind you was even smaller i won't be wasting money there again

They didn't have any signage about the new Whoppers, so I asked at drive thru if they had them. The lady asked did I say a Whopper with cheese? I said no, repeated my question, to which she said yeah. I had to repeat my order twice and then sat at the window for at least 10 minutes for 3 Whoppers and a cheese burger. Next time I'm going to Griffin.

The worse Burger King yet! Received a cold burger with barely anything on it.They gave honey mustard with the mozzarella fries instead of the marinara sauce. The pickle fries were way over done. Got less than half of what they're supposed to give and worse of all most of them were empty husk with no pickle in them. Just fried batter.
