My husband went in to get a DoorDash order and also purchase a milkshake. Interestingly enough, the cashier was very “attentive” to him. As soon as another worker was going to hand him the milkshake, the cashier who rang him up was very quick to snatch it out of the worker’s hand so she could be the one to give it to him. Seems like customer service just might be trash because the workers are going above and beyond trying to get the wrong kind of attention. Thanks anyway for your service, Yareli.

On my way to dropping off my daughter to school this morning, I decided to order a quick meal before school. I placed an order online for curbside pickup. My experience was effortless and prompt. I placed the order online at 730is, on my way qQAQselected the option to notify the restaurant I was on my way, once I let them know the curbside number I was parked in and within 2 minutes, a gentlemen, brought out our order. He was very well dressed, mannered and serving. Shout out to the team for serving the Hampton and Lovejoy community in the spirit of Excellence and accessibility and time efficiency streamlining the process of delicious and clean fast food.

Honestly idk which is worst. The service or the food. The people in the drive through rush you, just to give you the wrong items or better yet mess up half of your order. Just go to the dwarf house down the road!

The standard at this Chick -fil-a is very low and substandard. It is not the high quality service you expect from Chick-fil-a .They constantly leave items off your order, and absolutely no apology is given whenever you return .

I placed the mobile order. And I picked the pickup method through drive through. I'm waiting in line. Nobody comes up to take my order. So I figured since it's a mobile order, they already have it. I'm waiting in line thirty minutes and I go all the way around, then to have these people inside the store. Tell me that since I never spoke to one of the guys that weren't even there. I have to go back into the line and place my order all the way over there and wait another thirty minutes. Service is terrible.

I never thought I’d experience the worst fries ever from chic fil a as that’s all I ever order. Will never come here again. Ordered at 820pm tasted like the oil or the fries were old
