Stopped in on a Monday morning for breakfast (for the family). A team member took my order in the drive-thru with a pleasant attitude. She politely directed me to the window to pay for the order. Once I pulled up to the window, the polite cashier greeted me and retrieved my payment. There was another team member bagging the food (could’ve been a lead, trainer, etc.), and she bagged everything quickly. I appreciated that; however, she failed to pack a hash brown for my child. Thankfully, I always check my bagged orders to ensure that everything has been included. By doing so, I was able to see that the hash brown was missing. I communicated the issue, and the team member bagging the food, questioned my honesty. She proceeded to request that I send my child’s bag back thru the window to check. I’m not even sure if taking food back thru the window is sanitary or against food regulations. Once she saw there was no hash brown in the bag, she provided one without any apology. I proceeded to comment, “So, I guess people can’t be honest.” She looked at me in silence. Needless to say, the hash browns were dry and didn’t taste fresh. Our drinks were “flat.” Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience that included my integrity being questioned as a customer early in the day.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever! How is it acceptable? If it wasn’t because I was in a hurry I would of went inside and demanded a refund. We threw our food away! Disgusting. Avoid if you can.

Mac and cheese is awesome!

UPDATE: Drove up last night to get two items. I sat waiting for a whole ten minutes for the customer in front of me to stop holding a lengthy conversation with the clerk. This is not a therapy session... it's FAST food. This is not the first time this has happened.

Micheal took my order only went get my mom coffee from out of town coffee . He waited til I got the window to tell me they didn’t have coffee. After all that wait and no coffee ! That was not customer service pist because I had to find another coffee place!

I’m a fan of Chick fil la. Im only leaving this review to help the franchise and not to bash the company. I ordered the new banana pudding milkshake. I received just a plain milkshake. So (after leaving) I went back inside and told the young girl that it didn’t taste like banana. She agreed and said she forgot to put the banana in the milk shake. She knew she didn’t make it right and still served the milkshake to me. No granted I don’t know at what point she realizes she didn’t make it right, so to be fair it could’ve been when I came back into the store.
But when I came back in she wasn’t apologetic or did she even regret making it incorrectly. She actually made it seem light and ok. I was taken back, because this isn’t the service I’m use to.
I’m a red member and have been to several franchises and I haven’t had an experience like that ever. I hope this helps to encourage staff to be honest and carry themselves with integrity and dignity even if it is just a milkshake. (Also the milkshake wasn’t good) God Bless :)

Not going to lie, I walked in,placed my order, went to the bathroom and when I came out, my food was ready. Quick service during lunch rush hour and the food was perfect.

Store refuses to take responsibility for verifying pickup for mobile orders, so food gets stolen constantly. Management simply does not care, comes up with exactly zero solutions, and continues on its merry way as if crimes aren't being committed on its premises, causing mobile customers and others to suffer consequences they don't deserve.

Worst chick fil a drive thru I've been too order given 10 to 15 minutes to window and food still not ready absolute disaster... I expect so much more from a fast food place charging 10 dollars a meal...

Just left the restaurant and while the service was good, they got my order wrong. I asked for a chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun but when I got to the window to pick up my food they acted like they weren't aware that I wanted a gluten-free bun and then proceeded to tell me all the buns were frozen. Do better
