I always order from this location, it offers delivery and my food has ALWAYS been delivered fresh. Although it can get frustrating when they make $25 be the maximum allowed on delivery orders being paid by cash, but I understand why its like that. The whole team is also very kind and friendly

Normally when I go in here the service is great. I went in last night around 9pm. I purchaed 2 large pizzas, waited and picked up my order. The guy that was making the pizzas provided terrible service. He gave me my order and judging by his facial expression and body language I checked the order and noticed 1 pizza was incorrect. I explained that to him and he remade the order. I waited another 15 mins and the order was still incorrect. Then he made some excuse that the toppings were under the pizza to cook. I didn't go back and forth because to me it was a waste of time. Why not simply say we're out of the toppings or we messed up the order again rather than lying about it. I didn't catch his name but it was the Caucasian guy.

The best Domino’s on the planet. Never once have they made a mistake on my order. I always get delivery and the drivers are polite and friendly and professional. Food is always excellent, hot and fresh. I order at least once a week and sometimes twice. Couldn’t be happier with this business.

I usually don’t have any complaints when ordering from Domino’s, but unfortunately, this time a few items were missing from my order. I kindly mentioned it to the delivery driver, and she immediately responded with an attitude, saying she would check the receipt. I have some hearing difficulties, so when she was still by her car, I couldn’t quite hear what she said. When I asked her to repeat it, she threw her arms up and said, “What do you want me to do about it? Give you a refund?” I would have preferred the missing drinks but the refund is fine. I get that we all have off days, but I was polite the entire time and didn’t deserve to be met with that kind of attitude.

Absolutely love this location. This is our chosen store when we are out and about picking up. Today we decided to do delivery and unfortunately it was coming from another location that is in our area and they offered us HORRIBLE service. We waited two hours before they finally canceled our order. Wouldn’t communicate with us on anything. So we decided to just drive out to our favorite location because it never fails. We explained the situation and they were so apologetic on their behalf and said they would take care of us. Being that we ordered online, we used coupons for online only and they matched those prices for us! And the we only waited 10-12 minutes for our pretty large order. Phenomenal service. They truly care about their customers here!

I don't know why I've never given Domino's a review before. Honestly, this Domino's is always great. This time, I tried to order online, like usual, but their website was having technical issues. I was on my way home from work, so I just stopped in. The guy behind the counter took my order, asked me to review it so it would be correct, and put in the discount for the online special, AND did it all with a smile! The pizzas were ready within 15-20 minutes. They were still hot and fresh by the time I got home. They were loaded with yummy toppings, cooked perfectly, and so delicious! Thank you, Domino's, E. Main Street, Hampton! You're the best! (My hubby always likes the Meats pizza, but this time, I got the garlic parmesan sauce with pepperoni, sausage, onions, tomatoes, spinach and feta! AAH-MAZING!)
