The service here is alwayssssss so bad I really like the smoothies but never look forward to dealing with the employees. It’s annoying … we had a mobile pick up order and had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes they didn’t say anything then they didn’t give us straws. Food is cold and smoothie melted … I really hope they get new employees man

The young ladies there were very unprofessional and saw me standing in line and was holding a conversation with another customer about her nails. Now isnt that good Customer service. When I was inquiring about the products they were looking at as if I was dumb. Did I mention I have three degrees ( bachelor , masters and doctorate) so Far from being dumb. The customer service was horrible and I won’t return! This was my first time and it was an unpleasant experience. This is the one Jonesboro Rd in Mcdonough GA horrible experience and the drink was awful

I love the taste of their smoothies but the last few times I’ve gotten a smoothie there has been fruit chunks in there and it drives me nuts. Nobody wants to chew their smoothie, at least I don’t anyways. I just wish the employees would take another minute to make sure it’s blended well.

The workers have NO customers service, rude and doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, you have to stand there literally for 5 minutes before they take your order.

As long time Jamba Juicers, we just had a very disappointing experience at this location. The gal that was working (5/30 7:50pm) had a very unfriendly, can’t-be-bothered, attitude. Both smoothies we ordered were flavorless and watered-down and my husband’s wasn’t even mixed all the way.
No one asked us what we’d like to order, how we are doing or said have a nice day. I know it can be a hard industry to work in but a little positive, friendly service really goes a long way.
Don’t become a so called problem customer for making sure your order is prepared properly because if you do that one employee will tell all of her other coworkers about you as a problem customer so when you do go back into Jamba, that employees attitude will be different towards you. Those type employees I see as followers and I say followers because they feed and react off each other’s negative energy which you can see in their demeanor. And what make it so bad is that don’t even know the customer personally.

I’ve had a terrible experience every time I’ve tried to revisit my favorite smoothie branch here in McDonough. As a former Jamba Juice employee, during my younger years on the island of Oahu, I can say the atmosphere at this location is unsettling & very far from the Jamba values that are taught & held by the company. The employees here should be held accountable for providing inadequate service, products, & their continuous misrepresentation of Jamba Juice. I have pilates right next door & would love to for once get a smoothie after working out without settling for missing ingredient, bad service, or blatant disrespect as a customer & head home. That’s quite literally all we would like & what we deserve as paying customers. Thank you!
