I ordered a large white gummi it was amazing as usual the service was questionable, a young slender darkskinned, lil girl was having a separate conversation on a phone while I was listing my order. Then she forgot my order and I was sitting in line for what seemed like an hour before another young lady finally gave me my order, it wasn't even in the system. She made my order immediately, it's clear this café needs new staff.

The açaí was not good in my opinion. I eat açaí often so i was very unpleasantly surprised. I took it home and made it better by adding some flavor but overall i didn’t like it .

Walking in there are air fresheners in every plug, the smell is so overwhelming. I was not able to stay in and eat my açaí bowl.

The service here is alwayssssss so bad I really like the smoothies but never look forward to dealing with the employees. It’s annoying … we had a mobile pick up order and had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes they didn’t say anything then they didn’t give us straws. Food is cold and smoothie melted … I really hope they get new employees man

Far from being dumb. The customer service was horrible and I won’t return! This was my first time and it was an unpleasant experience. This is the one Jonesboro Rd in Mcdonough GA horrible experience and the drink was awful

I love the taste of their smoothies but the last few times I’ve gotten a smoothie there has been fruit chunks in there and it drives me nuts. Nobody wants to chew their smoothie, at least I don’t anyways. I just wish the employees would take another minute to make sure it’s blended well.

The workers have NO customers service, rude and doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, you have to stand there literally for 5 minutes before they take your order.

As long time Jamba Juicers, we just had a very disappointing experience at this location. The gal that was working (5/30 7:50pm) had a very unfriendly, can’t-be-bothered, attitude. Both smoothies we ordered were flavorless and watered-down and my husband’s wasn’t even mixed all the way.

No one asked us what we’d like to order, how we are doing or said have a nice day. I know it can be a hard industry to work in but a little positive, friendly service really goes a long way.
