The workers have NO customers service, rude and doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, you have to stand there literally for 5 minutes before they take your order.

As long time Jamba Juicers, we just had a very disappointing experience at this location. The gal that was working (5/30 7:50pm) had a very unfriendly, can’t-be-bothered, attitude. Both smoothies we ordered were flavorless and watered-down and my husband’s wasn’t even mixed all the way.
No one asked us what we’d like to order, how we are doing or said have a nice day. I know it can be a hard industry to work in but a little positive, friendly service really goes a long way.

Don’t become a so called problem customer for making sure your order is prepared properly because if you do that one employee will tell all of her other coworkers about you as a problem customer so when you do go back into Jamba, that employees attitude will be different towards you. Those type employees I see as followers and I say followers because they feed and react off each other’s negative energy which you can see in their demeanor. And what make it so bad is that don’t even know the customer personally.

I’ve had a terrible experience every time I’ve tried to revisit my favorite smoothie branch here in McDonough. As a former Jamba Juice employee, during my younger years on the island of Oahu, I can say the atmosphere at this location is unsettling & very far from the Jamba values that are taught & held by the company. The employees here should be held accountable for providing inadequate service, products, & their continuous misrepresentation of Jamba Juice. I have pilates right next door & would love to for once get a smoothie after working out without settling for missing ingredient, bad service, or blatant disrespect as a customer & head home. That’s quite literally all we would like & what we deserve as paying customers. Thank you!

I ordered a açaí bowl I eat it trying to enjoy it but it was way to sweet I took it back to the Jamba and told them it was way to sweet in the hopes that they could give me another one less sweet and they spoke among themselves and said no they couldn’t return it because it was eaten less than half way, I only took it back because my friend also once had that problem she took hers back and they changed it with no problem. I will not be back.

Jamba is a far & few in between franchise, so when I find one, I'm a repeat customer, but not frequent. This location could easily rely on that advantage and go into autopilot when it comes to customer service. However, this location does not & still provides good & friendly customer service. The store is always clean & the drive thru wait time is very good. Kudos to the owner! Highly recommend ✔️

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place has quickly became one of my favorites! It’s 9:29pm and I’m upset that they are closed!!! Hands down the best açaí bowls! And that whipped coconut cream is everything!!!
