The people are rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. Then, not only to have bad service, the food was not cooked all the way. Will not be supporting this pizza place again.

My family frequently goes to this Marco's location to get our pizzas. Our son has a medical issue that affects how and what he eats. He prefers pizza with triple pepperoni, but only from Marco's. Our experience coming here has always been good, but tonight 3/13/2024 the pizzas were extra good. The cook hooked up our little guy's pizza. To most this will seem trivial, but to us, as parents, it means so much seeing our son eat and enjoy every bite. Thank you to the cook!! We truly appreciate you. ?

I’m only giving this a 3 star because how it’s in Hampton, and we live in Hampton, but it doesn’t deliver to us, right here in Hampton??? But they will deliver to McDonough and Stockbridge??? I’m confused??!!! But the pizza is good if you’re looking for a good pizza spot.

This is rare that a pizza place gets it all right and the food comes fresh (did not have to warm it up) it came perfect exactly the way I asked for.. A special thanks to Brandon for getting everything correct and not forgetting anything. I have literally never had a better experience at a pizza place.

I love Marcos but this location is terrible, they messed my order up 3 times and the 3rd time I called and they pretty much told me to order extra items to cover what they forget, like what? Your not supposed to make the order correctly? They have attitudes where is the customer service? It’s crazy they couldn’t give me a solution to my problem said they would call back 4 hours later they said they would give a $5 credit but with no information on how to use it, I just want my food made right and if it’s made wrong to be fixed with no hesitation
The manager on duty Jasmine White has the worst customer service ever. She refuse to give me the owner or regional manager information. My order was delivered to the wrong address and when I call to ask about my order she said I gave her the wrong address. I asked her to please pull the call and listen because I never gave you a incorrect address. She told I did like I don't know my address instead of taking responsibility of an error. I went to the location after speaking with her and it was the most disrespectful unprofessional experience in my life from a business. I ask her to pull the call and I wanted a refund and apology. She stated that will not happen and ask me to leave the store and still refuse to give me the owner or manager over her information.

Blue haired lady at the front desk answered the phone and immediately put me back on hold after waiting awhile. When I arrived she was digging in her face and her uniform was filthy. I will not be comming here again.
