Well the turkey wings was not tender. Greens tasted sour no meat in the greens. Yams was not sweet. Didn’t taste cinnamon or honey.

First I am one of the originals. Before web orders and before the daughter was a constant fixture. Me and my family used to patronize at least 4x a month. Customer service is and should always be the forefront of Your business. Her attitude brings this family restaurant all the way down and she makes no apologies for it. My money spends anywhere I prefer my neighborhood. I tried to place an order online since this started first time web was having issues I called in and explained that and I was met with well I ain’t taking no phone orders and you can come on and that day I passed them by. The second and final time was today and items were missing off order menu but on Uber eats it can be seen. I called again o ain’t taking no call in orders. Because I tried to give the benefit of the doubt by ordering once again through Seamless which is an option on your pickup order you cancel my order and say you don't take Grubhub which isn't even how I ordered but never honest about the reason you cancelled the order. To be honest the mom is great she is the sweetest. To be one of the only black owned places in the neighborhood you should be ashamed of yourself. And to say I was cursing sweetie that means you been getting it from different places cause I'm not gonna curse over no food I just won't patronize but this time promise you I will NOT be back since this is how y'all are running things NOW. I wish you luck not to shut down in the near future.

While the food is tasty and my go to place when I don't feel like cooking, but the last 3 times they are always out of cornbread...which is so good. But, guys I can see running out some turkey wings etc, but cornbread on a Sunday should always be on a plate if you are a soul food spot. Ig, I have to start coming at 12 to get my food. Now, where can I go😂

Food is always consistently good. I especially love the greens and sweet potatoes and Black Eyed Peas as I always get the vegetable platter. Keep up the great work oh yeah and peach cobbler is amazing as well.😋😋

Saturday was my sister's and I first time. The food was really good,the smoked ribs tips was very tender. We would definitely go back.

The best Southern restaurant in GA! Their plate portions are definitely generous! It took me 3 days to finish my plate lol!! I love their side dishes! Reasonable prices!

They have real red velvet cake and not just food coloring! Every item is made fresh and is truly down south food! Taste like my family made these dishes! I only waited 15 minutes for two plates and side dishes! Very friendly people!

Tonight was my first time ordering from Mommadede's, but it will not be my last. My husband picked up the order for me and said the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Oh, but the food!! The rib tips were smoky, meaty, tender, and full of flavor. They gave me an excellent portion size. The macaroni was savory and had a different flavor profile that I enjoyed. The baked beans were sweet just like I like them. The cornbread was fresh. The peach cobbler! The peach cobbler was the best I've had from a restaurant in years. The crust was flaky and it tasted of all the good things. The deviled eggs were my least favorite but that's due to personal preference. They were savory and I like them with some sweetness. I was too busy eating to take pictures but I did get one. If you haven't done so, check out this restaurant

Great food a little pricey but it's worth it. The only problem was the wait time especially when no one was in there. Though the food came out piping hot.

The food is really flavorful makes me feel like I'm in my grandma's NC kitchen! Those butterbeans....OMG!!! Even if you got all veggies, you wouldn't miss the meat, that's how good the food is!! 😋
I would suggest a new location, it's disturbing having people stand around and in front of me while I'm trying to enjoy my meal. Most people come in for take out, but I drive from Vinings for Sunday service at Light of Joy Church in Riverdale, GA, I also drive a little further after service to get a good southern plate at your establishment.

Great service! The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. And the food don’t even get me started! I’ve been to several soul food spots around Fayetteville, Jonesboro, and Hampton, and this is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had in my life.

Where do I even begin? The pricing is fantastic compared to other BBQ places, and the portions are very generous. The food is cooked to perfection tender, flavorful, and delicious. If you're looking for top tier soul food, this place is a must try.
