To me Panera has always been a level above fast food places. This location has only been around this area for a short time 1+ year. Unfortunately they operate the exact same way as their fast food neighbors (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Zaxbys).
What do I mean?
1. Employees who dont pay attention when taking an order.
2. Employees who really dont want to work there....just there for a paycheck.
3. Wrong orders
4. No quality check - Avocado toast brought to the drive thru window with no avocado on it and wilted arugula.
5. Slow drive thru lines
6. Premium pricing for food orders that are just slapped together.
7. Too many kids hired - kids are imature and dont pay attention to details.
Bottom line....if you go to this location I strongly advise you to check your order before you leave.

Horrible service JADA in the Drive Through makes me wait for 10 minutes then The Drink taste like Cardboard. I ordered the same thing I order every Morning. Caramel Latte and A Cinnamon Crunch Toasted Bagel. I spoke with Briana The Manager and she refunded the order and Made a Fresh one. The point is people lets do it right the first time.

First of all there’s 4 cars here and only me and another car in the drive through ! Why is it taking 30 min to get my food ??? A half salad a half sandwich and a bowl of soup!!!! When I first drove up to the speaker the girl instantly told me to hold on ! I had to keep saying hello and she finally answered! She said yes I got you I said excuse me ! She said what’s your order ? I said I have a mobile order ! She spas why didn’t you just say that???????? I said you instantly told to hold on! Now they are out of the soup I ordered and don’t have any soup that I eat ! I just can’t !!!!!!!! Welp prob never again!!!!! WHO MANAGES THIS PLACE ???????? Who owns it ???? Please step your game up ! Thanks

If I could leave no star I would. Completely disappointed with the service, product and overall value. My sandwiches were made incorrectly, my soups were not even half full. Your menu/product is to expensive to not deliver. In todays economy its unacceptable. Your customers can make sandwiches at home, they come to panera because its your specialty so please do better.

The Italian steak mozzarella sub was delicious the meat was tender and fresh the arugula was great tomato was fresh mozzarella was first class the bread was nicely toasted salmon as though it was olive oil on it great experience

I’m a club member so I often drop by to study. The staff are attentive and the dining room is usually clean and orderly. My food has always been great except for one time when the lettuce was a little on its way out… but that’s not the norm.

The Panera bread on Tara bread never has the inventory to make there sandwiches , it’s the last time I visit that location on Tara blvd…it’s my 5th time I never can order a chicken Fontaga because they are out of the bread at a Panera bread store please make that make sense, but I’m done
