I went again yesterday to see if anything had gotten better. Ordered 2 pizzas idk what was wrong but it tasted like the dough wasn't given enough time to rise. Or was undercooked had a really bad raw flour taste. Service was terrible as always because the employees simply do not care update may 24 2025

My husband and I do not eat out often due to the financial struggle the whole country is in. We get take out maybe once a month. I've been dying to get the cheesy bite pizza as I had it six years ago and loved it. This time it was awful. The pizza was small(see ad attached with photos as well as TikTok of people eating it) the cheesy bites were all empty with burnt cheese on the bottom of the pie, the ranch flight is supposed to be 3 or 5 ounce cups as advertised, I got a one ounce cup not even half full!! I used my rewards for a free breadsticks as well and they were cold, hard and had ZERO seasoning. A waste of my rewards. I called the manager once we got home to dig in to express my concerns over the poor quality and request a remake. The manager was so rude and said no he would not remake the pizza or give any refunds. Now I wasted almost $16.00 on food I wouldn't even feed my dog. I worked in the food industry for almost a decade from, cashier, to server, to bartender, to manager and finally GM. I hate to complain because of my experience in the industry but this is unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience at this Pizza Hut location. The pizza reminded me of the early 2000s with its authentic taste and high-quality ingredients—just like the Pizza Hut I used to love. After being disappointed by another location in the past, this spot has truly rekindled my passion for the brand. I appreciate fast and efficient service, and this location delivered exactly that. The pizza was outstanding—definitely five stars!

I ordered the big dinner box. Picture shows what they sent. Who in their right mind would send this out? My wife called. They didn’t seem particularly interested in correcting the order since I ordered on door dash. Door dash offered no resolution either. Typical ish in this area. Low standards are abundant.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would, when I first entered the store it looked closed, no one at the front, the guy that was working there was on the side stretching and waking up from a nap, I was not greeted, he looked like he was mad that I woke him up and he had to take my order! My food was absolutely disgusting, my pizza was EXTREMELY DRY, no sauce, no cheese, crust hard and flat! Environment unwelcoming, food was horrible, I would not recommend this place at all!

I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was good but the cheese sticks had hair in it. Cooked in the cheese. Didn't realize it until I was eating it.

Poor customer service. Pizza is never cooked correctly. It’s either overcooked or not made according to the order. Food also takes forever to be made all while workers sit around or be on their phones. It literally took over an hour to get my order done correctly.

I can say that I stopped ordering from here for a good while because the management and workers who we're working in the past we're not delivering the food and stealing people's money I was scared to give it another try since it's been a year and a half and I'm so happy I did! the food was great! whoever made my pizza was fast and did amazing! and my delivery driver was awesome with how quick he got here tonight. Yay! my kids devoured it lol
The worst service, I paid for a pizza and a Pepsi that did not arrive and I called to make the claim and they did not want to solve the problem or give me a refund, they stole my money I told them that I did not receive the order and they told me that they did not I would give a refund that lacks professionalism, it is the worst service they have and the people who work at this place, I call and they do not want to answer the call.
