Poor customer service. Pizza is never cooked correctly. It’s either overcooked or not made according to the order. Food also takes forever to be made all while workers sit around or be on their phones. It literally took over an hour to get my order done correctly.

I can say that I stopped ordering from here for a good while because the management and workers who we're working in the past we're not delivering the food and stealing people's money I was scared to give it another try since it's been a year and a half and I'm so happy I did! the food was great! whoever made my pizza was fast and did amazing! and my delivery driver was awesome with how quick he got here tonight. Yay! my kids devoured it lol
The worst service, I paid for a pizza and a Pepsi that did not arrive and I called to make the claim and they did not want to solve the problem or give me a refund, they stole my money I told them that I did not receive the order and they told me that they did not I would give a refund that lacks professionalism, it is the worst service they have and the people who work at this place, I call and they do not want to answer the call.

I ordered the $7 My Hut Box from Pizza Hut. When I received my order, I noticed it didn't have the double pepperoni I requested. I pointed this out to the server, but he claimed the order didn't specify double pepperoni. I showed him the physical receipt that clearly indicated it. He offered to remake the pizza, but it would take 20 minutes. Not wanting to wait that long, I asked if there was anything else he could do, and he ended up issuing a refund.
When I got home, ready to eat, I touched the foil-wrapped boneless wings and noticed it was freezing cold. Sure enough, the wings hadn't been cooked at all.
Not only was my pizza incorrect, but the wings were completely uncooked. To make matters worse, this particular location also had an unpleasant smell.

I have eaten the worst pizza in my history, the pizza was cold with little cheese, the poorly prepared dough was horrible, the pizza arrived frozen cold but it also didn't have much cheese and the dough was poorly prepared, you better shut down your business if you are going to sell pizza Thus, the pizza seemed from the day before or that it had been prepared for hours

The cook/cashier (older Caucasian male) was friendly. The pizza was not remarkable though. The crust was kinda dry, not greasy as usual. It really didn’t have the typical flavor of pan crust. Not enough mushrooms although he did explain that some of the cheese did slide downward. It was just ok.
Amanda really was great she made sure were satisfied with our order and the food was fresh hot and delicious. The delivery driver was lost and still arrived early and was patient and polite!!! Thank you guys for exceptional customer service

I called and ordered 2 supreme personal size pan pizzas. One with light cheese. When I arrived, I asked the employee which one was light cheese. He said he didn't know, but he offered to make it. I told him I can't wait. I'm not sure if the representative conveyed this to the baker.

Waiting 2 hours for my pizza and it never came. Long hold times on the phone, poor customer service, I was told my order was on the way after an hour and a half, 30 minutes later they said they couldn’t find my order in the system. I don’t recommend ordering delivery from here. Marcos and Papa John’s in the area can get a little mundane after a while but at least the food arrives quickly.
