I ordered a popping pepperoni pizza add Canadian bacon. I picked my order up, got home to find out there wasn’t any pepperoni at all on my pizza.
Then looked at my receipt to find out I was charged a $7.58 tip, called the number and was told that the prompt on the screen chooses an amount if you do not hit the NO TIP button, what a trick.
After having the cashier repeat my order she states: I totally made
a mistake and I apologize. I asked that she refund my...
I'll post a review every time I go... So at least once a week. Great place to eat, catch a game, or any major featured event, and every time you step foot in the door you become family.
Passed this place alot over the years and finally decided to stop a couple weeks ago. Customer service and food was so good. I didn't call in the first time, on a saturday, so it took a while, not too long. The second time, I called in before passing, customer service was good, food was ready on arrival. Mediterranean salad is always on point. Calzone is huge and so well made. Recommend.
